The coffee had very good reviews so I thought I'd give it a try. The menu item names are very creative. Five stars for that. So far loved the vibe. And as far as customer service goes, they were very friendly! I really wanted to try their Rosemary Lavender but sadly they were out of this flavor. I opted for cardamom with oat milk. After the first sip.. I couldn't quite get the cardamom taste. Not with the second, third or fourth. It fell a bit too short for me. Cardamom has a very distinct taste and it was lost in the milk. Just tasted like a regular latte. I had to have more than 12oz (looks like this is their only size) so I also got the cold brew.. but the batch was not as strong as I would prefer. I think it can be better. I'm sadly reminded of the old Keurig days when my coffee would come out tasting extremely diluted but I would still drink to because it was quick and easy. Cold brew is a slow, beautiful and delicate process. This drink did not reflect that awesome cold brew experience. I expect the cold brew from a coffee place to taste much better than what I make at home. No for me Ology. Wish you guys better days though!

It was more like a dessert rather than a coffee drink. I enjoyed the strawberry jam and foam which added a good amount of flavor to the drink. I also tried the Mother Frother specialty latte and that one was pretty good too. Less sweet than the Cheesecake Bliss and had more of a coffee taste. The coffee shop itself is pretty cute on the outside and inside. They have a seating area inside and free parking around the coffee shop. Overall, a pretty good experience here and I would regularly come back if I lived in the area and wanted a sweet and creamy coffee drink.

A bunch of varied beans were available for purchase this morning, and I opted for the Huehuetenango - a dark Guatemalan. I don't have a burr grinder, so he ground it for me (as requested, one above Turkish). Just brewed a Bialetti (12 cup) of it, and I can report that it is good. Very good.
