Unfortunately, since the new ownership took over, things just haven't been the same. Staff morale has dropped, customer satisfaction is declining, and management decisions have been frustrating and confusing--at one point, a Queen of All Greens smoothie was somehow made pink. That's just one example, but it reflects a bigger issue. It's disappointing, because I truly enjoyed being a part of the team. But due to the ongoing decline in quality and poor management, I've made the difficult decision to resign. I honestly didn't want to leave, but I know it's the right choice. Hopefully this can all get fixed and i can go back.

Avocado and Tomato sprinkled with a blend of Everything Seasoning. I think some oil too? It was very good. We did add some of our own sauce at home but we were very satisfied. The only thing we didn't like is that the bread was not toasted. The atmosphere, cleanliness and layout of the establishment are excellent. The owner or employees were professional and very friendly. Nutrition Hub has several locations among the southwest suburbs. Has a pretty friendly staff willing to go over all the details. There's more to know than you'll care for. It has a pretty basic menu of mostly health minded beverage. Keep that in mind no pun intended. The concept of healthy is debatable but what's not debatable is that these drinks are pretty good tasting. I had a Green Tea when stopping in here after going somewhere else in the strip plaza this is located in. It's $4.30 for a small. That's too much to pay for all the time but this one time was admittedly pretty good and I felt better after having this. It doesn't taste especially healthy. They just add some nutrition mix to regular tea it seems Also they have these protein shakes that are a lot more expensive. It uses Herbalife powder in the shakes, making these easy to replicate at home. They say it's plant based but there's whey in it so know that before you get these.

The cafe itself is busy, but not in an overwhelming way. If anything it is kind of exciting. There is no underlying current of stress and hurry in the air. Everything from the building to the upbeat music feels alive. I fell in love with the place before I even received my latte. And once I did get my latte? Mannn, I've got two words for you.
