I have never seen an actual employee here, they just come to open the doors up and close them apparently. The place is constantly dirty and it is impossible to get any type of service. Use another laundry mat if you can. Edit to add that the items in the vending machines are about a 50/50 chance of being expired and the soap vending machine will occasionally dispense the completely incorrect item. read more

Put my clothes in dryer at 8 pm for 30 minutes, place was rather full, I drove to downtown park 6 blocks away and back. When I went back and proceeded to go back in to get my laundry at 8:20. An older woman locked the door in my face without a smile or word, then locked the other 2. There were about 8 people still doing their clothes?? Wtf? I had to knock on the door to get the attention of a customer, then a man came over and let me in, meanwhile the older older woman starting talking and laughing with another woman in spanish. I dont speak spanish ? perhaps she thought I was just coming in to do my laundry? It was confusing and off putting With zero manners. BUT the dryers are good for large blankets. :(. :) read more

Rarely need a laundromat however it was time to wash a king size bedspread. I was extremely impressed with the cleanliness of this place, in fact there was a person sweeping and wiping down counters, etc while I was there. The large machines were not overpriced and I was in and out in just over an hour!! read more

I have been going here for about five years. Up until a year ago this was an excellent location. Always fairly clean, very rarely had an issue with any of the washers/dryers, prices fairly stable, rarely overly crowded and in general a good experience. About a year ago, the clientele changed dramatically and, I believe, so did the ownership. Lots of LOUD music in Spanish (I speak some Spanish), lots of UNSUPERVISED children running around including into the parking lot!, lots of telephone conversations played loudly on speakerphone, etc. It steadily became dirtier and dirtier and dirtier as time went on. Now I have to wash the folding areas off before I put my clean clothes on them. Not just covered in dirt and dust, but with lots of spilled food because children sit atop those areas and eat snacks/dinner. The washers and dryers themselves are not kept clean...at times it's clear that VERY dirty clothes have been drying BUT having never been washed. I used to see one of the owners there quite often but now, I haven't seen one in months. The person who cleans now pulls out the large, full trays of lint while you're folding your clean clothing a foot away!!! So the dirty lint blows all over your clean clothes. And don't ever drop something as it will have to be rewashed for sure!! Finally, the prices have been raised three times in the last few months!!! If there was an alternative, I would not continue going here. Sadly, there are few other options and they aren't much better. Having to use a laundromat is bad enough...this makes it unbearable!! read more

I went to this laundry Matt because they advertise open until 10 pm. I got there at 7:50 pm. I walked in and was greeted by a Hispanic man who quickly told me they were closed. There was another person there who seemed to be doing laundry. It was posted on the door that they were open to 10:00 pm also. This man was rude and would not give any reason for why they were closed. I Will never attempt to use this business again! Horrible read more

Great little laundry mat with attentive owners! They do have a fluff n fold service! The laundromat prices are fair for the size of machines and the dryers are set by time per quarter! Saves from over or under drying a load. The facility is always clean and well kept with hardly any machines needing service. read more

As a small business owner and a family business owner, I know what customer service is. That being said, I have never been treated so rudely before. I asked the young man behind the counter if I could get some change with my card? He said " I am not putting up with this shit today " and said, Hey Mom! She then came down the isle and approached me. I then asked her if I could get change with my card and she said, we don't do that here. I said, okay, thank you. Cleanest laundromat you'll ever use!! I personally appreciate the ultra huge commercial washer / dryer here . $9 a load for the wash and you can literally fit 6 baskets of clothing or 3 sets of bedding in this machine and it cleans well and in eighteen minutes on its quick cycle like oh my gawd who doesn't want to do 6 loads in 18 minutes? The dryers are hot and plentiful - the vending machines are always full , snacks are priced fair , change machine takes $20 bills !! I love this business . The 8:30 last load in rule makes sense as it CLOSES at 10 . I would ignore any negative reviews-they are not accurate at all . The owner is very kind and the bathroom is honestly for the employees and most laundromats don't have a restroom for its patrons . read more

Came here to do laundry while on vacation. It's clean and staff onsite are helpful. Laundry supplies are available for purchase at reasonable price which is great when supplies are needed. Machine sizes vary so you can do many loads together saving time and money. Pleasant place to do laundry and clean! Thank you for taking pride in your business. read more

We used this laundromat while on vacation. There weren't a lot of options. There were plenty of washers & dryers, pricing was good, there was no ac, and the bathroom didn't have a sink... Which is pretty gross. read more

Expensive wash and the attendant kept locking the doors at 8:30pm. This place closes at ten So this is a update on my review. First the attendant needs to be fired! I thought I would give this spot another chance. I came in to wash my small load of laundry at 6:00. Thinking I shouldn't have any problems with the attendant locking the door. However Iam amazed how poor the customer service is here. When I entered the facility the attendant sitting on the bench inside chatting up with her comrade stopped me. They told me I couldn't wash because the attendant just mopped and she was tired of mopping up after people all day. They proceeded to tell me I can only use the big washers costing $3.75 VS $2.75 for the regular wash. I wasn't going to pay that for my small load! I realize this is only a dollar difference but this lady was rude with me for the last time. I told her I will just go somewhere else since she don't care about keeping her job in business. If she doesn't like mopping up after people why the hell does she even work here? This place will lose out on $$$ because of her lazy A$$. 5:30 pm sun. Like all laundry matt other is a mix of people. If you have done laundry at a laundry mat you know how prepared I was for the yelling kids at the vending machine bored out of their minds and generally flopping around in sheer desperation for something to do. Yes it like that. messy, leaves on the floor and other human produced debris. So I still need to do laundry!!! So I bravely set forth to do my one load of laundry. 2 pairs of khakis, 3 light weight work shirt some under things and I'm good to go for work. I washed in a washer that charged 3.50 had mold in the soap cup and left them just short of dripping. but I take it and move calculating another $1 to my dry time.Then a young couple is taking out a same size load out of a dryer next to me and I say " how long did that take you to dry? the girl says $2 and they are not dry. I advise them to tell the attendant. they looked skeptical so I get her attention and and tell her. she used many excuses : too many close, too heavy then pointed out other dryers that work better and all through this I'm saying so are you giving them their money back? she finally started up another dryer and gave them more time. beware it feels like weights and measures should be involved. read more
