This use to be the best station in the area but since they switched to prepay I've had to go inside a minimum of 3 times just to fill up everytime. They always take my prepay $ but either put it on the wrong pump or no pump at all. I will be fueling elsewhere from now on you've lost a regular customer. read more

Missouri law is very clear on this issue. Under Missouri Revised Statutes § 304.154(1)(3), a towing company "shall not assess any storage fee on a day which the towing company is not open for business during such regular business hours." The law also requires towing companies to be open or available for at least ten hours per day, Monday through Friday, for customers to retrieve their vehicles. (FindLaw ") If you are charged storage fees for days the tow lot is closed and unavailable for vehicle retrieval, you should review your bill carefully and compare it to Missouri law. I encourage others to know their rights before paying charges that may not be authorized by state law.
