I feel bad for the harsh first review, but i do still hate that they allow smoking in there, but it hasn't stopped us from spending a ton of money in there. OLD REVIEW: When we're in an absolute bind, we stop here. They have a good selection but the place smells so bad it's become a joke. When you go there you leave smelling so bad you need a shower when you get home. They also smoke in there, which is not the smell I'm talking about but I'm sure it's not helping. Could be a great place otherwise.

Since new owners are now operating this business, it is completely opposite of where it was regarding customer service. Employees are not responsive to questions nor concerns, the facility quality has dropped significantly, window cleaning solution is rarely available at each pump, trash cans are rarely emptied and on two occasions, staff was observed emptying trash cans by gas pumps while smoking a lit cigarette. The later is most concerning. All in all, the owners need to step up regarding training of staff and expectations for quality service.

One of the employees I encountered was incredibly kind, helpful, and positive--it made my visit genuinely enjoyable. On the day she was working in the kitchen, my food was perfectly fine with no issues. However, on two separate occasions when a different cook was working, I found what appeared to be thin animal hairs in my pizza. Both times, I returned the food and received a refund, but the cook denied it was hair and claimed it came from the pan or was cheese. That explanation doesn't make sense--if something from the pan looks like hair, that's still a serious cleanliness concern. She was also rude and even suggested I stop ordering pizza altogether, which is not an appropriate response. Additionally, the cashier I dealt with on those visits had a noticeable attitude, was unhelpful and looked at me like i was the problem. It's disappointing because I know this location is capable of good service and quality food based on my experience with other staff. But consistency and cleanliness need serious improvement. I hope management addresses these issues.
