They gave me an estimated delivery window of 8 to 10 weeks, and it's now been more than 6 months with no building, no progress, and no refund. Communication has been extremely poor. After repeated calls and messages, I was finally told that legal action was already being taken by another client -- which only raised more red flags. As of today, I've received nothing for the money I paid, and the company has made no effort to resolve. This feels like a total breach of contract and possibly fraud. I'm now pursuing legal action and filing complaints with the North Carolina Attorney General's Office and consumer protection agencies.
