I've got fond…read morememories of coming here has a child 25 years ago and as a homeowner now, they are still my first choice when I need small hardware items, or when I need good advice. For the size of the store, it is really remarkable how much variety they have crammed in, and the absolutely amazing staff don't hesitate to help you figure out a solution to any problem. I can't tell you the number of times I have walked in with a poorly explained question, or half of a broken piece of something, and they've immediately identified what I needed, showed me where to find it, and explained to me the best way to fix something. For your average 90's kid who is maybe not the best a home repairs, Quality Hardware is constantly the lifesaver I need them to be on small home repairs! For bonus points, you can't forget how wonderful the fresh popped popcorn is. It really lightens up a frustrating unplanned repair to get a bag of delicious, fresh popcorn for less than 50 cents!

I have a 3 piece kitchen/dining table and chairs for 2 years. One of the chairs completely…read moredislodged itself from the seat part of the chair after normal light wear-and-tear. The customer service accused me of knocking over the chair and I'm physically disabled. They stated that that is the only way that chair could have broke. It's not true. The chair I sit on is the one that's NOT broken. Honestly, you get what you pay for - it's a piece of junk. I have had chairs for 30 years that never broke in any way, shape or form. It appears that they use a cheap glue to attach spindles of back of chair to the seat/base. Horrible workmanship (and I use that term loosely). The chairs arrive fully assembled but who cares - it's junk. I will keep you posted as to the outcome but I am very angry. I financed this set over a 12 months. Their customer service is horrible and tacky and unprofessional. Imagine your watching TV on your sofa and you glance over at your dining chair and you notice the spindles are working their way out of the chair!!! Nuts.
