If someone wants to be negative about clients, do it somewhere out of earshot, other people getting tattooed don't want to hear it. My artist was actually respectful, they did exactly what I wanted and it turned out great and the shop is very clean and well decorated. The owners and some of the other artists seem cool but not that dude , there are plenty of tattoo shops around that anyone wanting a tattoo won't have that kind of experience. 3 stars for my artist my tattoo and the shop overall.
