The app had no way to contact the restaurant, but said to call the restaurant directly. I tried to call the restaurant multiple times and recieved both line busy messages and had my calls be hung up on. We called repeatedly and repeatedly got no answer. Finally, at 10:25 the rider got our pizza (2.5 hours after we had ordered), but we didn't get to eat until 10:40... A bit frustrating. Like I said, the food is good, but the lack of timeliness, the lack of communication... it was incredibly unprofessional and honestly anxiety inducing. At least have a message on your restaurant number. And if you're SO busy you can't do delivery... don't offer it as an option.
