One of the pizzas was the HOTTEST one .. and like one of the people who have reviewed this place before, no one could manage to eat it as it REALLY was fire in your mouth! I love hot food but this was proper pain on your tongue. Other people like dominoes so I am sure its good normally, perhaps it was a bad day. Prices reasonable. She logged the complaint and issued a credit note to be used on our next order and promised that she would speak to her colleagues about the situation and make sure it didn't happen again. All this was handled in a professional manner by everyone concerned. The food when no issues occur is EXCELLENT. It is freshly made and is delivered hot to our door. We called back the delivery guy and he called Tamara at the store (not the manager - just in charge tonight apparently) who questioned how that could possibly happen. Eventually I spoke to her and she said all she could do is take them back and make fresh pizzas... I questioned how much we'd pay, expecting we'd get them free for the inconvenience caused to which she said "you've already had a discount as they are meant to be £60 and you've got the £33 deal so we can't do anything else" We sent them back, asked for a refund and a receipt to prove the refund. She said that wasn't possible and the money would be back in our account in 2-3 days. I found the whole experience a disgrace. We prefer Papa Johns to dominos but don't feel we can ever use that store again.
