I've tried this branch of Pizza Hut about 5 times and have never had a good experience. As it's located next to the cinema we've tried to go there before films a few times and the service has been so slow that we have missed the film. They consistently get the orders wrong especially if you don't want something on your pizza like onions. I ordered a salad there, which as there is a salad bar that you visit yourself, only involvs the staff bringing you a bowl but I'm still waiting for it. I have since given up trying this particular branch of pizza hut as it always leads to problems. The food, if it comes and is correct is nice and reasonable. And parking is good but the service is awful and the response if you have a complaint is appalling. read more

The food is OK but expensive like every other rip off pizza joint. The service is very slow, we actually walked out last time after being seated and no one came near us for 20 mins. The one thing that spoils this place is the extortionate price for alcoholic drinks, I only have one or maybe 2 max but nearly £8 for 2 bottles of Magners is beyond a joke. read more

This place is located in the car park of the cineworld cinema. It also resides next to a main road leading into the town so you would have to be careful with little kids if they run out of the car and into the road. The place itself looks nice. It has all the usual pizza hut trappings you would expect including the chance to get free unlimited refills on your coke. I find that the pizzas are on the expensive size when compared to the local independent pizza places but if you going there once in a while then I dont suppose this is much of a problem. Like the nearby cinema, this place is staffed by young people although on the times that I have been into the place they have been quite helpful. I would recommend this as somewhere to eat before going into the pictures (as is obviously is intention going off its location). However, there are better pizza places in the town if you are planning to have something delivered at home. Of course, the menu consists of various kinds of pizzas but they are also starting to expand the menu slightly by offering such things as pasta meals. read more

ohh i do love a good pizza, and pizza hut sells good pizza, i adore the pizza from here, after catching a film i go to pizza hut for my dinner, because its only seconds away from cineworld. Pizza hut maybe a little expensive, but its worth it for the quality. read more

i always eat in here! always get a seat, friendly staff, quick service, really wish they did Meal deals (2 course meal for a tenner etc) like they used to do but always look forward to eating here before seeing a film with my friends! read more

located next to the cinima it is in an ideal spot for a bit of food before you go to see a movie. iv been on two occasions eating in on one and taking out on another, the first was good, lots of pizza very nice very tasty and very highly thought of. the take away wasnt suck a good experience it wasnt as filling but everything tasted ok and went down as it should, the next day i never left the bathroom and was amased at the golden egg i had just produced, i dont no what was in it but it shouldnt make your stuff turn yellow read more

bring the the kids here when going the cinema.the food is nice and fresh .the service is good .would recommend.for pizza lovers.
