This place is amazing!! I see why its so packed. I came in to make an appointment and the receptionist was extremely polite, friendly, and helpful. Booking was a breeze with the only downside being the microscopic waiting area. I opted for a gel mani pedi for my first appointment and was not dissapointed! Ramona was efficient and fast while still being thorough! She was extremely gentle with the drill and made sure everything was to my satisfaction before moving on. She was also super helpful when I was selecting colors. I was out of there in fewer than 2 hours which was quite fast since I did a emi mani pedi with both requiring gel removal My next visit was just as amazing! I showed her a picture of what I whated and she took her time selecting the most optimal colors and recreating the nail art. Once again l am over the moon! Definitely give this place a look if you're around, but make sure to book in advance! read more

Good service by the girls .However the attitude and manner of the girls at the desk stinks . so rude and generally unpleasant

Nails good quality as always (hence 4 stars). But she spilled/ dribbled shellac all over my fingers (and I still have streaks on my hands as far as relaxing experience it wasn't... It was quick strip of polish, quick application, quick dry and next. Appreciate to certain extent but at approx 40 euros it was overpriced. But main reason for 4 stars was Staff inattentive & talking among themselves. Had appointment but after rudely directing me upstairs waited for approx 7 -10 minutes while the nail artists argued over workspace and shellac top coat (apparently previous artist stole "new" bottle from normal nail tech). When my artist finally got me a seat, she was good and professional. She did put on the foils to remove my existing shellac and then disappeared to continue conversation with previous nail tech in private (happy it was taken elsewhere). After picked color she was quick, and professional. But there was no hand massage / lotion / frills. She then dribbled shellac (a first) on my hands....she then tried to remove it (unsuccessfully) once dry with the cuticle clippers....but assured me that shellac doesn't stick to skin and that it would come off when I wash my hands (& since I have gel it's dry and I can do that straight away) read more

Amazing service. Loved Pauline's service and the way she does nails. Very very dedicated!

The tech's are great. But the whole system is a conveyor belt. If you get a normal polish you're left to dry off in the waiting area- Which is tiny and not fit for purpose. This business is about profit and the experience as a customer feels like it. If you want a super quick no frills appointment were the staff are required to watch the clock then this is the place for you. read more
