The beautiful girl who runs the salon and Mario, my stylist, took a look and discussed the hair for 10 minutes in Polish/English, making the options clear to me while I had tea. Mario put in highlights and coloured the remainder of my hair (took him ages as I have quite long hair). Then he washed it and put a toner in. Finally, after about 2 and a half hours of hard work on his part, it was time to get the scissors out. I was very satisfied with the elegant cut and blowdry he gave me and even happier with the colour, which was just the shade I had asked for. All of this cost 100 euros, which I thought was very good value for money for everything I got, and it took the whole afternoon! I'm usually disappointed by salons but I got everything I wanted here without breaking the bank.

I went to the salon to ask for an appointment after my yoga class, so I was wearing my sport…read moreclothes. Once I entered the salon I was received by the most unfriendly lady saying 'can I help you?' not even a 'hello, how are you?'. I asked for an appointment and I was told 'no appointment for today' and they didn't even ask for what day. I told this friendly lady that I was looking for an appointment for next week, and I explained what I was looking for (a simple color service). She, then, went to look for another lady and they began to look at me and laugh. This second lady who came was as unfriendly, rude, and disrespectful with me as the first lady who assisted me. The only thing she said to me by touching my hair was 'mmmmm you do this at home, isn't?' No my love no. I did my hair for YEARS in a lot of salons. She told me she had to do a patch test, and maybe she would call me back. Of course, she NEVER call me back. I knew they didn't want to take an appointment to me, so I called back to ask and they say I didn't pass the test and they basically cannot take anyone with my hair at the salon. I hope anyone has to feel the way I felt treated by them.
