With my hectic travel schedule, Reese was so accommodating with scheduling the project, which we truly appreciated. The two gentlemen arrived on time in the morning and proceeded to set up the flooring protection, covered any exposed furniture, and started fixing the nail pops in the ceiling. After that, they quickly got down the business and started the painting process. The whole process took roughly 2 days, and my mind was blown with how perfect they were able to get the lines so clean and the color on so evenly and just perfect. They made sure everything was cleaned up and ready before leaving. I cannot express how happy we are with the result and with how easy and smooth this process was. I would…read morenot recommend them. communication, quality, and timeline of the project were all immensely lacking. Towel holders, door knobs, our new fan, light fixtures, tile, wood cabinetry, plates INSIDE our cabinets (why are they touching plates inside our cabinets??), wood floors, a speaker in the laundry room (that they were NOT painting), the bathtub, blinds, a sinks, outlet covers, countertops, the outdoor fence, our patio, splatters on brick around the house, our brand new fridge. You name it, there's paint on it. The walls behind the toilets were skipped. Paint trim on harder to see areas was avoided. The wrong sheen was used for touch ups. And all was presented as the final work. It's clear the home was not protected, fixtures were not removed, and the work was done sloppily and carelessly. One of the "crew members" was a child. Maybe 13 years old or so. You could tell management truly desired to make it right. They visited our home, made it a training exercise for a new employee, wrote us a card- I could tell they genuinely cared and were trying to make it right. Unfortunately, they were not the employees with the boots on the ground. The problem is, the trust has been severely broken. I am the one communicating risk. The project manager would not visit until the walkthrough, so he had no idea how behind we were every time. He kept reassuring me of project due dates- while being unaware of the homes current state. I believe there was a severe project management gap is communicating between painter, homeowner, and leadership, with each being told what they "wanted" to hear versus a transparent project update. We went through four walkthroughs before I personally requested a new painter. They obliged, and the new painter was fantastic. The problem is- I was the one initiating to request the change, this resulted in MORE time, walkthroughs, further delays and frustration. The work still is not complete. But after a 5 day project turning into 25, 5 walk throughs, delayed renovation projects, poor project management, and a move in date looming, I called it done. I'm still finding paint on things and doing touch ups myself. Unacceptable.

They also said they would have a spot in the garage to do a lot of the sanding. We came back, cabinets looked good but we didn't realize till later that there is paint all over everything inside of the cabinets. So we are stuck removing paint off of everything we have. It's terrible. Wine glasses, plates, cookware.... Everything. Paint isn't easy to remove. Not to mention it's all over our floors. When we told them this they sent someone out and he didn't fix it and then they asked for payment. We pretty much just gave up at that point, paid them and called it a day. I was willing to move on until I discovered paint on all of my personal items. This is going to take a while to fix. There's also wood shavings all over the place so they didn't do any of that in the garage like they said. I don't recommend. It's def not work the headache of cleaning up after them.

He spent time to properly tape off areas, covered flooring and loved all furniture and covered with plastic.. his crew kept the entire home clean and everyone was responsive and courteous. He sanded and also consulted on the type of paint for each surface. I called for changes and he responded promptly.. the entire process was seamless! I've hired him twice now, once in a 5,500 square ft home and this high end condo of over 2,000 sq ft. Both customers were extremely happy with the process, cleanliness and end result!
