prices bit outlandish for an average smoothie, but on vacation, so why not. after ordering, I went to get car, returned to pick up my sister & smoothies. I pulled in the alley next to 5b fruit & a suv was blocking the alley, which caused my truck rear to still be partially in the street. I gave a light courtesy tap of the horn to let the driver know I was behind. 10 seconds later gave a 2nd courtesy tap. The driver got out of his vehicle & asked what my F%$#ing problem was. I asked if he'd move forward so I wasn't stuck in the street. The driver said 'F$&K off, you're probably some out of town piece of sh#t & that he was the owner of 5b fruit, so he can do what he F$#@ing wants. after he dropped off his girlfriend or wife?, I pulled through the alley & went inside to ask if that guy was the owner & if so get a full refund. The girl, said he is the owner & she is the manager & NO refund would be given. told me that 5b fruit doesn't believe customer service is always warranted & the customer isn't right. All the while the owner had driven around the block, called the police & said I was trespassing! Police came & I filled out a report. Police apologized, but they can't control business customer service practices. Police were VERY nice & regretted that local business would treat anybody that way, especially travelers & tourist, as that's what supports 90% of the local economy. PLEASE NEVER visit 5b fruit the rest of Ketchum, Sun Valley area is fantastic. next time I visit, maybe 5b fruit will go out of business read more
