The staff and owner were very knowledgeable on weaving and knotting of the rugs I selected. They are also very familiar with current fashion trends. to the person that left a one star review, that's an extremely hurtful and unfair representation of…read morethis business. i went here by chance to look for a hand woven area rug, after going to 3 other places and discovering there are only cheap polyester knockoffs mostly now. they are making less of these creations as they're so labor intensive. so mostly at the big box stores you get horrible polyester carpets that feel no better than cardboard. this place is the mecca of hand woven carpets. i doubt you can find this almost anywhere else in the country. its an AMAZING place. you simply won't find the selection of these rugs anywhere much less at half the price of what you can find similarly online. if you want a hand woven high quality(ie. not cheap) rug please this is the place. they're awesome people and they give amazing service.
