The shop is in a great location and easily accessible. It's clean, nicely decorated and has plentiful/comfortable seating. There was even a docking station where I was able to charge my phone while waiting. I appreciated there were no extraneous people hanging out or kids running out of control. When it came time for my haircut, I showed Keisha a photo as a point of reference and she took it from there. This was the very first time, I've had my hair cut and styled without immediately going home and re-styling it myself. The drive took approximately 4-hours (round-trip) but, it was well worth it! I've found my Haircare Home. P.S.- Thank you to Ms. Tiffany for a thorough & relaxing shampoo

She did amazing and his hair looks phenomenal! We asked for a trim and layers since his hair was previously cut straight across with no texture or movement. He was complimented immediately by a stranger after walking out the salon.

After reading such great reviews I was a couple doors down getting my nails and decided to see if…read morethey could take me as a walk in for a haircut. The lady did (can't remember her name). My hair was a lot of dead ends and it needed 4 inches cut off. That was fine - however I have no clue what kind of cut she did. This was the WORST haircut I have ever had. I've been in tears over this. She knew that I wasn't happy at all as she had to try and keep "fixing" whatever she did. She of course charged me for the biggest waste of $36 I have ever spent and said don't tip me as I am the owner and don't need one. WHAT great the owner ruined my hair and my day. Oh and on April 3rd when I went there it was my 60th birthday. Nothing like crying on your birthday. This is a mess and would never recommend this place. So upset and in tears.

Took a card (from Alexandra) for reference. As it has been cold outside for the last couple days, when I called to make my appointment, I added in a blow dry (which I also usually do myself). I was taken right away at my appointment time. They looked at my hair and figured out the best color. In no time, the color was expertly applied (thank you Anna) and I was "cooking". After a wonderful shampoo, off to get my hair blown out. Alexandra did a fantastic job! Wish I had an event or some such to dress up for as my hair hasn't looked this good in some time. And yes, I'll be back!

I was a first time customer. she kept trying to upsell me. I said let's see how the haircut comes out before other services are added on. So she finished in under 10 minutes even though my bangs were in my eyeballs and the sides were too long. I said I'll fix this at home. I just wanted to get out of there. She said no, no I'll fix it. I want you to be happy. So she took a quarter of an inch, maybe, off the bangs. The sides are uneven - one side is longer than the other and one side is more layered than the other side. What would be the top layer in the back wasn't cut at all. Do not use the one whose name begins with a B. I think I could do a better job and I'm really not a good hair cutter.

I want to publicly commend the stylists and owners at this salon for the extraordinary level of…read moreprofessionalism, patience, and integrity they showed during an extremely uncomfortable situation. While I was there, a client came in openly talking about being in rehab and proceeded to be beyond demanding, rude, and completely unrealistic from the moment she sat down. Her hair was severely knotted, and the stylist spent over an hour carefully brushing it out--something many salons wouldn't even attempt. After that, the stylist beautifully matched her natural hair color to extensions, which objectively looked seamless and well done. Despite this, the client continuously complained, insisting the color was "wrong" and demanding it be made lighter. The stylist calmly and professionally explained that going lighter would seriously damage her already fragile hair. That advice was clearly given with the client's best interest in mind--not convenience or profit. As the extension service was nearly finished (and looked great), the client escalated--complaining loudly, creating a scene, and making it clear she was trying to avoid paying for the service altogether. Her behavior became so disruptive that the stylist, rightfully, refused to continue, and management had to ask her to leave. What stood out most was how gracefully and respectfully the entire team handled the situation. No arguing, no embarrassment tactics--just calm boundaries and professionalism. It's refreshing to see a salon that protects both its staff and its standards. Hair professionals are artists and service providers--not punching bags. This salon deserves full credit for standing by their team and maintaining class under pressure. I would trust them again in a heartbeat.
