When I showed up for the appointment, Fabio wasn't there. Apparently, it was his day off. I let the other stylist who was there cut my hair, which turned out to be a big mistake. He gave me one of the worst haircuts of my life. At the end, he started yelling at me, saying he had warned me about my bangs being too short, but that wasn't even the issue. I almost walked out because he was yelling so much. He refused to give me the owner's phone number. I finally just paid and left. It's unfortunate because Fabio was excellent, and I would like to see him again, but I will definitely not return to this salon after this experience.

I ordered a set of clip-in hair extensions for my wedding online. Once they arrived I felt like…read morethey looked way too long and could not find a way to clip them in my hair that looked natural. I called Lush after reading their great reviews and asked if it would be possible to get my extensions cut & for them to help me with the placement of the clips. They were very accommodating and nice & set an appointment for me right away. I went in with my extensions in their bag and was sat down right away- did not have to wait a minute, they also quickly offered me something to drink. Amy clipped them in the way she thought looked best. She kept in mind that these were for my wedding and made recommendations accordingly. She cut them perfectly for my hair and made sure to explain to me which pieces to clip in where and how in order to get the best out of them on my wedding day. I have to say, customer service like this is hard to find these days! Amy made me feel like what I wanted and my situation really mattered, and that's what is going to keep me coming back as long as I live in this area! Not to mention my extensions look great now! Definitely recommend them! :)

I want to publicly commend the stylists and owners at this salon for the extraordinary level of…read moreprofessionalism, patience, and integrity they showed during an extremely uncomfortable situation. While I was there, a client came in openly talking about being in rehab and proceeded to be beyond demanding, rude, and completely unrealistic from the moment she sat down. Her hair was severely knotted, and the stylist spent over an hour carefully brushing it out--something many salons wouldn't even attempt. After that, the stylist beautifully matched her natural hair color to extensions, which objectively looked seamless and well done. Despite this, the client continuously complained, insisting the color was "wrong" and demanding it be made lighter. The stylist calmly and professionally explained that going lighter would seriously damage her already fragile hair. That advice was clearly given with the client's best interest in mind--not convenience or profit. As the extension service was nearly finished (and looked great), the client escalated--complaining loudly, creating a scene, and making it clear she was trying to avoid paying for the service altogether. Her behavior became so disruptive that the stylist, rightfully, refused to continue, and management had to ask her to leave. What stood out most was how gracefully and respectfully the entire team handled the situation. No arguing, no embarrassment tactics--just calm boundaries and professionalism. It's refreshing to see a salon that protects both its staff and its standards. Hair professionals are artists and service providers--not punching bags. This salon deserves full credit for standing by their team and maintaining class under pressure. I would trust them again in a heartbeat.

AVOID THIS PLACE!!! Crystal (the owner) and Lauren are…read moreextremely RUDE, unprofessional and do not take responsibility for their BAD work. I paid $500 for a keratin treatment with Lauren a HUGE MISTAKE! Crystal originally quoted me $450 and claimed they had a ''professional'' who had done many keratin treatments, yet they could barely provide any photos of past work. During my appointment, Lauren RUSHED THE ENTIRE PROCESS, didn't properly wash my hair with clarifying shampoo, and seems annoyed when asked for it! I've had keratin treatment before (in a different places) so i know the correct steps - AND SHE DID NOT FOLLOW THEM! After finishing she demanded payment only through CASH or ZELLE to her personal account, which already felt suspicious. When I first washed my hair, it was EXTREMELY DRY, BRITTLE, FRIZZY, AND BREAKING OFF IN PIECES. Far worse than before the treatment. I sent Lauren photos, and she blamed my shampoo. (Which I've used for other Keratins with no issues) CRYSTAL (the owner) asked me to come in, saw the damage herself, and agreed over an after call to refound my money. THAT REFOUND NEVER HAPPENED. For 15 days Crystal IGNORED MY MESSAGES, made excuses, LIED ABOUT SENDING THE REFOUND, and could not provide proof. When I called for answers, she YELLED AT ME and accused me of harassment. She even claimed her Attorney would contact me. ANOTHER LIE. MY HAIR IS SEVERELY DAMAGED; I now have to pay for treatments to repair it, and I WAS NEVER REFOUNDED AS PROMISED. THIS BUSSINES IS IRRESPONSIBLE, DISHONEST AND DISRESPECTFUL. I DEEPLY REGRET GOIN THERE. The pictures that I'm sharing are right after the first wash after the keratin treatment was done!

had my tape-in extensions done by Jeri Mermini, who was recommended by Danielle at this salon. I…read morepaid $632.50 and have worn extensions for over four years, so I was very surprised by both the price and the experience. The approximately two-hour appointment was extremely unprofessional. Jeri took multiple personal phone calls, several on speakerphone, including arguments with a car dealership and other people. I also had to listen to lengthy personal conversations and discussions about other salon employees and family issues throughout the appointment. I was initially told the service would be around $350, but additional charges were added at checkout, bringing the total to $632.50. I was told approximately $350 was for the tape/adhesive. Jeri also added a black adhesive/glue and told me it would "make it last longer," and recommended that I return in three months. Less than two weeks later, multiple extensions were coming loose. Several were placed extremely close to my scalp and became painful, so I ultimately had to remove them myself. The removal took approximately two hours. I spent over an hour trying to remove the tape/black adhesive from the extension hair and another hour removing the extensions. The black adhesive was throughout the strands rather than confined to the attachment area. Some pieces were damaged during removal, including one that split apart, and I had to discard some of the hair. I also had scabs on the back of my scalp where the extensions had been placed. The extensions themselves were worth approximately $800, making this especially upsetting. I had these extensions installed specifically for an upcoming vacation. Instead of having my hair ready, I had to remove the entire installation and spend hours trying to salvage my extensions just days before my trip. I contacted the salon and requested a partial refund. Danielle was kind and made an effort to address my concerns, which I appreciate. I requested a $315 refund but ultimately received $275, with no explanation for the $40 difference. I was also offered a complimentary highlight for a future visit, but after this experience I will not be returning to the salon or booking another service with Jeri. Before my appointment, I had tried to find Jeri on the salon's website but could not, which was concerning in hindsight. This was by far my worst extension experience I have ever had. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this salon or Jeri Mermini for extension services.
