I have a 2012 Coachman Mirada that had a few issues I wanted to get fixed before our summer vacation. My electric entry steps had failed and I had a drain pipe broken under my shower. Talking to the service tech, he also recommended braided extensions for my wheels to make it easier for me to fill the tires when needed. I order these parts and had them installed while they had the RV there. The steps and drain pipe were part of the extended warranty and Dover RV worked with Good Sam to get those items taken care of. They called me in just over a week after Good Sam processed everything and all the work was completed! I am truly happy to have an RV shop that I can trust right here local.
