I searched Google with these codes and got plenty of information from Blogs and Car sites of what my problems were and how was the best way to fix these problems. While there and feeling like their employee really cared, I asked about a inexpensive par of windshield wipers, he hooked me up and even gave me a quick tutorial on how to install them, even offered to come out and put them on for me. I tried to return a bad battery after it being tested on 2 other battery testing devices. Almost a…read more$300 battery less than 3 months old. First guy I dealt with was very polite, then Mr. Bad Attitude shows up, and wants to test it himself, cursed at the other guy, then he tells me my battery is good, and I told him I disagree, he says the battery is good and he's not going to replace it. I'm more upset about the disrespect I was shown as an elderly customer than the battery. Not once did this guy say "I'm sorry" or offer any other apology, etc. I'm sure this guy will say I'm the one with the bad attitude but that's okay, the younger guy witnessed everything. Needless to say, after shopping there for over 7 years with no issues, Advance will never get another penny from me or my other family members that have shopped there.
