You do lose water pressure when you put these things in. They kill you on maintenance AHD, & they will lie to you and tell you they have a lifetime carbon right to your face. They have activated carbon. It's good for about 2 1/2 years on their in and out non-back wash and carbon. They get $1500 to re-bed the carbon. If you ignore replacing the carving, the chlorine will destroy the softener. You're stuck with their maintenance they love making money on the service department. You can buy a back washing carbon, but it's twice the price of the In-N-Out because it's only gonna double the life of your carbon. If you're on city water, you have to handle the chlorine what I'm finding out. Chlorine voids the warranty on softeners Not to mention their reverse osmosis, they charge $480 for two filters every 12 to 18 months. Because they love having the technician come out and pop them in for you. And they charge you trip charge parts labor gas the filters should only cost you about $60-$80 apiece, but they kill you again in the service department. If you don't mind throwing $100 a month away just in service then this is the machine for you. The only problem is you're gonna lose water pressure. Waste of time and money and you're looking at anywhere from $12,000-$16,000. Good luck

Dale answered and immediately, without having to consult a book or the manufacturer, knew they could be done and their pricing. He even recommended additional options that I didn't even know I wanted, such as trailer brakes. If there is some distance between you and TPD, do not let it stop you from getting the trailer you want or need. You will be using it everyday and will regret it if you don't.

We purchased a new 5th wheel camper from Riley's in 2017. The camper is of very decent quality, but…read morewe had issues. Riley's service dept put on 2 new ACs, and fixed a few other things. We live over an hour away, so the service dept shipped parts to me to replace under warranty...no cost to me at all. You can't beat that. The only issue they were unable fix was a water leak from the undside of one if the slides where the tires sprayed water up into the camper. I came up with a solution, told the service dept what I needed, and they shipped what I requested, free of charge. I was able to seal the leak, and no problems since. The only reason I didn't rate 5 stars is if I didn't know how to work on campers, I would still have a slide out leak, or would have had to pay someone to fix it. Overall, however, we are very happy with out experience with Riley's RV World.
