While I do not remember the name of the lady and gentleman who helped us - I did want to say that the service department went above and beyond yesterday in assisting us with the nail we found in our left rear tire. We weren't on the schedule, but they worked us in and graciously assisted us and helped us get on our way to a family holiday function with only a minor delay. Additionally, the pricing was very reasonable and lower than what I expected, which was a pleasant surprise. The technician could have simply plugged the hole, but went the extra mile and removed the tire to verify that the nail didn't embed into the sidewall. Some garages in the area would not have taken that level of detail. Everyone from the guys at parts desk to everyone wearing a Jenkins and Wynne shirt or sweater were very nice, super friendly, and made you feel like you were among dear friends. We are very appreciative for everything the service department did for us yesterday and will definitely be in for our regular service time when we come due. It had been a pleasure!

I figure if I'm gonna pay dealer prices for OEM parts I better get OEM parts but looks like it's not the case at this dealership. I drive a lot of miles and never had any issues and other states getting my OEM parts for my truck but I guess I'll stop going here once again. Try to give him a chance but there doing the same thing as they did before. This is the Ford elite super duty parts area . Here is the picture of the filter they gave my son. Bad "policy" forcing financing…read more I was inquiring about buying from out of state, and everything seemed fine until they stated it is their "policy" to require you to finance 80% of the purchase price with one of their lenders. Not even IF you finance. Literally, you HAVE TO FINANCE. That is absolutely crazy! Their stated reason is for fraud prevention! But, considering cash in their bank account if not financed through them is a pretty solid show of faith if they have their bank accounts set up well. I guess they don't. I might have even offered to pay in advance to let the funds settle before I even bought there, but was effectively told no. Hope you in state buyers don't get forced to finance!!

Joan is a single, senior citizen with a handicap adult daughter. Needless to say, she needs a DEPENDABLE vehicle. She paid $5500, thinking that the truck must be good for that price. She was told that there was a 90-day warranty on the drive train. She had the vehicle transported to Illinois on January 20, 2021. Joan drove the car 6 miles when it died. The S-10 was towed to Midwest Auto Repair. The mechanic says there are metal shavings in the oil pan, and the oil smells burnt. Crowder Auto Center has offered my friend no assistance. They refused to speak to the mechanic. They said they would "look" at the vehicle. The vehicle broke down 500 miles away from Tennessee. How is he going to "look" at it? From January 12 to January 20, the vehicle was driven a total of 441 miles. Apparently, that's all you get when you spend $5500 at Crowder Auto Center. Go someplace else. You will get ripped off here.

They stayed open late and helped us make sure that this is the right truck for us. We didn't feel pressure at all. They were very up front about the truck and did not try to push us into something we didn't want. Alex Warren did an excellent job of getting us through the process of getting our truck. Terrence was also very helpful processing our finances and getting everything finished up. I can't say enough great things about this dealership. Definitely worth the drive!

My son bought a 2022 GMC Sierra from them in Sept 2025 and 1 week later the problems started. Tailgate wouldn't open, the speaker in the tailgate wouldn't work and the back window leaked water. Took it to the dealership in my area and they fixed the speaker and tailgate but the back window I brought back to Murray. They kept the truck for a month yes you read that right. Claimed they took the truck to Williams Glass in Murray and also claimed they put a new back window in the truck and it's still leaking. They didn't take this truck anywhere and just kept his truck on the lot on the side in the back. The truck headliner has urethane all over it from there botched job. The truck should have went to professionals at the beginning but Mike Scott insisted we bring it back to him at Dwain Taylor. Which was a BIG mistake. The truck is now getting fixed but not at the incompetent dealership it was bought at. Lesson learned the hard way. The only reason i gave a 1 star is because I had to pick something.
