I asked why and was informed they are not capable of working on them. They dont have any diagnostic tools to tell them what parts to change. What ever happened to actual mechanics? All they have is part changers. If the computer doesn't tell them what part to change they haven't a clue what to do. How can a Dodge Dealership not be able to support the vehicles that they sell?

The service tech said because I had used RainX washer fluid the 12 month 12,000 bumper to bumper warranty wouldn't cover it and I'd be charged $170 to repair it. When I told him the Owner's manual didn't mention not recommending RainX products he had no response.
