My wife and I were on our way from Alabama to Kansas for a long race weekend. Left at 3AM on a…read moreFriday morning and stopped for about thirty minutes from Mayfield, KY at 6AM. Performing my usual walk around the trailer as I do every fuel stop I realized one axle had no wheel, no hub, trashed axle spindle.... No idea when it happened. No indications from the trailer. Pulled at 77MPH the entire time. I serviced all four wheels last Fall and topped off the wheel bearing grease in June of this year. Just goes to show, sometimes it just doesn't matter what you do things just fail. Anyway, after searching we limped our way over to Youngblood RV. After 8 hours with Youngblood's technicians trying to repair the axle we threw in the towel and started the return journey home rather than attempting another 8 hours away from home and then 12 hours back. If you ever find yourself in Mayfield, KY in need of anything related to RV or camping, or grilling, or golf carts, do yourself a favor and go to Youngblood RV. Ask for Trevor Youngblood. I took up 8 hours of bay time and use of his time. He didn't charge me a single penny. Class act people...words can't convey my gratitude for these folks.

I had some siding come loose on my trailer and pulled into Youngbloods not knowing anyone. I was back on the road in a few hours with my siding repaired and some extra problem I was unaware of also repaired. And the cost was very reasonable.

After 10 months, we decided we wanted an East to West Takoda fifth wheel toy hauler. I was disappointed to read horrible reviews of every dealer within 300 miles of our home. Word of mouth from family members took us 1200 miles from Florida to Kentucky for our experience with this amazing family-run dealer. They did not have the Takoda on their lot, however, Andrew contacted East to West and acquired one from the factory within six weeks. There was zero attempt to sell one of the units on their lot. They heard what we wanted and made it happen. When the unit was delivered to them, they spent several days inspecting and repairing manufacture defects - both cosmetic and functional. They readily conceded that this was a very complex rig, and they spent hours of their own time reviewing owners manuals to provide us with the knowledge to enjoy our fifth wheel without beginner's frustration. The over two hours of personalized instructional videos they made were priceless. Special shout out to Colin and his video on the electronics. The rig was covered in Post-it notes detailing what each switch did along with helpful tips. Lastly, when Bill went to take delivery, they walked him through and encouraged him to stay a couple of days. When severe weather came through, they offered a nearby family member's home to take shelter. These are amazing people who run an amazing business! Believe every five-star review and check out Arrowhead. You will not be disappointed!

By a big margin Youngbloods RV of Paducah gave us the best price. We chose them because of their willingness to accommodate our needs and upgrades. We were willing to drive 840 miles round-trip because of their price and patience. More amazing than the great price we received, was the stellar treatment we received from our salesman Tommy McNutt, and the General Manager Chase Youngblood. These folks went out of their way to insure we had a great experience. On our drive to pick up the 5th wheel our tow vehicle had some maintenance issues. We were forced to put it in the shop, for service, upon our arrival in Paducah. Chase made sure we had transportation to the shop, restaurants, and their sales office. In addition he patiently spent an inordinate amount of time explaining the nuances and operation of our first RV. It took all day to get our truck serviced. Chase towed our camper, with his personal truck, to a nearby campsite so we could stay there, learn our camper, and get a fresh start home the next morning. The following morning we hooked up our vehicle and noticed we were having some trouble with the rear camera we ordered. Chase dropped everything and worked on it for and hour and a half. Turns out the camera was shorting out. He replaced it and sent us on our way. We could not have asked for a better sales staff, service, or experience. We would highly recommend shopping Youngblood's RV, you won't be disappointed!

Usually, inspectors are seen as interlopers to an RV dealer and not so welcome. I want to say this was not the case. Youngblood's had the 5th wheel setup under roof with all the hookups ready for testing. They were most helpful while I was performing the inspection. They seem to be a dealership that cares about the customer. Give them a shot.

We previously purchased a camper from the Murray location and everything was great. We always said…read morewe would come back to buy our next camper from them. Today, my husband and I went to the Oak Grove location, we spent an hour or so talking with the sales guy Justin. His co-salesman was also there and knew what camper we were interested in. Justin was very friendly and helpful. We decided we would like to purchase the camper and spoke with him about this. Before we put any money down we ask if we could look at it once more. Of course he agreed. When we walked out to the camper, without him, I noticed a car pull up to the business and a couple get out. The man was giving us a dirty look. My husband and I spent about 5 minutes looking over the camper again, then we walked inside to put down a deposit. When we arrived inside Justin was not there. However, his co-salesman. an older gray hair man who knew what we were waiting to purchase, was sitting at a desk with the couple that just walked in. No one else was inside the building. This salesman did not acknowledge us or speak to us. Several minutes later I ask him if he knew where Justin was. He said "I sent him out to the lot" I then ask if he could call Justin back. He replied "no, is there something I can help you with" I told him we would like to put a deposit on the camper and that we already had our purchase loan approved. He replied " well you can't do that, I'm selling that camper to these people" I was shocked...we had been there much longer then that couple, we had already expressed interest in purchasing the camper. He also informed us that the other couple did not have credit approval yet and their loan may not go through...I'm sorry but WHO does business this way? Why would a reputable dealer sell a camper you wanted to buy right under your nose while you are STILL there? This older salesman KNEW we wanted to buy that camper, we believe that he called the other couple in to sell it out from under us!!! He continued to refuse to allow us to speak to our salesman again and told us there was nothing we could do!!! This is a dirty way to run a business and a HORRIBLE way to treat RETURNING consumers!!! BEWARE!!! They don't care how invested you are, or how much time you need to think over such a huge investment they will sell camper right out from under you just to make a dollar!!!! They clearly do not care about their customers!!!

After comparing dozens of websites and RV dealers, we finally happened upon Adventure Camper Sales…read moreon the RVTraders.com website that listed some of their trailers and prices, from that site it directed us to their own website: www.adventurecampersales.com. We called and spoke with Doug who later directed us to James their sales specialist, and they confirmed that the trailer we were interested was still available. We left Louisville and made the drive to their lot on Victory Lane that looks like an entrance to a Church, (but is actually the entrance to the road to their lot), and it was more than worth the three and a half hours trip. The trailer was just as it was advertised, and James, Doug and his team members told us that the they would have the trailer prepped and ready to go the next day or at our earliest convenience. James gave us all the information we wanted to know about the vehicle and available options. Doug assured us that the vehicle would undergo inspection and detailing to have it road ready. They are a very professional team and the buying experience with them was so refreshing. They really aim to please the customer. I wish every buying experience was as accommodating as it was with them. They offer great deals and make the buying experience one to cherish.
