It's a boat-shaped bread filled with melted cheese and topped with an egg that's mixed in while it's hot, making every bite rich and cheesy. I also tried the Armenian pizza, a thin, crispy flatbread topped with finely seasoned minced meat. It doesn't have cheese, but it's packed with flavor and definitely worth trying if you want something different. The calzone was thick, hearty, and loaded with meat and cheese. Nestled in a small plaza, my family and I found ourselves craving pizza and luckily for us, I believe we found a hidden gem. A nice surprise is that they serve Armenian pizza! We don't get to treat ourselves with this dish very often as we would like unless we are in Los Angeles, but to discover it here in Fresno is like hitting the jackpot! We absolutely loved the pizzas we had, which were actually made with different crusts. Stuffed crust. Cheesy garlic bread, spicy ranch sauce, so much good stuff. The pizza was fresh with the perfect taste. The crust was crispy and the toppings were fresh and crisp, even after cooking. The place was very clean. The gentleman at the register was great.
