I want to clarify that I would give the technicians 5 stars as they were prompt, efficient, respectful & did a good job. However, the price Campbell charged for the service was outrageous. We used them due to no one else getting back to us. We should've waited but unfortunately this was an expensive lesson in not being patient. We were warned by others that Campbell is very expensive & should've heeded that warning. Next time we'll use someone else.

Since I was on emergency electrical heat for two weeks, my electric bill was close to $1000. Tell me where the switch is!!! 3pm called again and was told we had to wait our turn and after pressing Rick with out frustration he hung up on us. I'm so disgusted. I was trying to do the responsible thing and have my ac serviced before I had a problem. But turns out the problem is hiring all seasons. Would never ever use them again.
