When paying, I was asked to rewrite my check to make it out directly to the owner and not the business itself. I made a light, offhand comment about it being a little unusual, but I was clear that it wasn't a problem--I immediately paid in full and left a generous tip. Later that day, the owner called me and spoke to me in a very aggressive and hostile manner, questioning whether I had an issue with how he runs his business. The tone of the call felt confrontational and unprofessional, and it left me feeling uneasy and very shaken. Regardless of any misunderstanding, I don't believe that kind of reaction toward a customer is appropriate. Because of that interaction, I would not feel comfortable returning.

I was only in town for a couple of days settling my late husband's estate and needed to get the Jeep ready to sell. Chadrick went above and beyond. He worked until 8:00 at night, in the dark and the cold, and did an absolutely incredible job. The transformation was amazing--I sold the Jeep the very next day! Chadrick's dedication, work ethic, and commitment to doing the job right truly impressed me. Hats off to Chadrick Brown. I highly recommend him!

Was fooled into thinking they had it under control and knew what they were doing. Finally got my car back and has not been the same since. Had a reputable mechanic look their work over afterwards and found parts were mangled and wiring was almost compromised. And the simple fix that I had originally gone to them for was never even addressed, they just bypassed it. While they were sympathetic and I wasnt charged an unbelievable amount considering how long they had it, I was still lied to. This could have all been avoided had they admitted they didnt know what they were doing. I now have to undo their hack job and replace everything with original parts and pay someone to do it right.
