We had Professional Construction Services visit our home for a free roof inspection. After the…read moreinspection, we were assured that there was significant hail damage to our roof and were encouraged to file a claim with our insurance company. The insurance adjuster found some damage to metal components (vents, valleys, etc.) and a few missing shingles. They approved the replacement of the metal parts and missing shingles but determined that there was no substantial hail damage to the roof itself. Ron from Professional Construction Services assured us that there was roof damage and claimed he would appeal the decision. He frequently emphasized that if the insurance company agreed to replace even one shingle, they would have to replace the entire roof because our specific shingle type is no longer in production. He also mentioned involving an attorney to pressure the insurance company into approving the claim. Months went by with no progress. Despite repeated assurances from Ron about an attorney drafting a "magical" letter to resolve the issue, nothing happened. Insurance continued to deny the claim, and Ron stopped communicating with us entirely. Unfortunately, this entire process has left us frustrated. All we've gained from this experience is a likely increase in our insurance premium and a potential mark against our homeowner's policy. While Ron Erhard and Jason Kilgore initially seemed professional and personable, we cannot recommend Professional Construction Services based on our experience. If you are considering roof repairs or inspections, you're better off consulting directly with your insurance agent or finding a reputable roofing company through trusted recommendations.

Our roof needed repairing but it didn't need to be replaced. The top of our roof is flat and if we…read moreget water in our house, it comes from that flat roof. The company who'd replaced our roof didn't replace the flat part. They said it didn't need to be replaced. It was a rainy day when they collected the check. As soon as they were gone, our family room ceiling opened up and gallons of water poured in. The roofing company agreed to replace the flat roof but they did a sloppy job. I had someone on my roof who was screening off areas where critters could access our attic and they told me that flat roof needed to be replaced, sooner than later. I contacted several companies recommended by people on the Nextdoor app. One company came out to give me a quote but never returned my calls. Another company told me they were only doing roof replacements. I appreciated their honesty. I was very specific when I called roofing companies; I didn't need a new roof. One guy came out and told me he could contact my insurance company and tell them my roof had been damaged from a storm. We'd not had any damage to our roof from storms and that's bordering on insurance fraud. I decided to check out Yelp recommendations and saw that Easton had a lot of good reviews. When I called, they were very nice and told me they'd send someone out. The guys from Easton were there on time and they gave me an estimate. The estimate was very reasonable so I called to schedule the repair. The workers were very nice, professional, timely and they were there everyday until it was finished. They cleaned up after the repair so I wasn't finding random pieces of roofing material. Everyone, from the woman who answered the phone to the guys who did the repair was very nice and the whole process was seamless. Easton completed the repair and after years of checking ceilings, I can finally relax. Another contractor I'd used to remodel our house often needed access to the roof. I didn't ask him to check the flat roof but while he was up there, he wanted to check it out. He assured me they'd done a very good job and then asked for their info so he'd have the name of a good roofing company if one of his clients was looking to replace their roof. When an outstanding contractor is impressed with the work done by another company and asking for the company's info, that says a lot. If we have to replace our roof, we'll definitely use Easton and if anyone needs a roof replacement or repair, I highly recommend them. They've earned those 5 star reviews.
