The insurance adjuster found some damage to metal components (vents, valleys, etc.) and a few missing shingles. They approved the replacement of the metal parts and missing shingles but determined that there was no substantial hail damage to the roof itself. Ron from Professional Construction Services assured us that there was roof damage and claimed he would appeal the decision. He frequently emphasized that if the insurance company agreed to replace even one shingle, they would have to replace the entire roof because our specific shingle type is no longer in production. He also mentioned involving an attorney to pressure the insurance company into approving the claim. Months went by with no progress. Despite repeated assurances from Ron about an attorney drafting a "magical" letter to resolve the issue, nothing happened. Insurance continued to deny the claim, and Ron stopped communicating with us entirely. Unfortunately, this entire process has left us frustrated. All we've gained from this experience is a likely increase in our insurance premium and a potential mark against our homeowner's policy. While Ron Erhard and Jason Kilgore initially seemed professional and personable, we cannot recommend Professional Construction Services based on our experience. If you are considering roof repairs or inspections, you're better off consulting directly with your insurance agent or finding a reputable roofing company through trusted recommendations.

We thought we had them all repaired, but little did we know that there was more to come. After we had a winter storm dump ice and snow on the roof, the sun comes out and starts melting it. What did we find? A constant running of water from the ceiling in our master bathroom from around the door frame, ceiling exhaust fan, light fixture, etc. Unfortunately, we are concerned about asking Pyramid to "fix" this issue because of all the other problems we have had with them. Inspite of that, we called. They never answered or returned the call. We are forced to get it fixed by someone who will actually do a good job fixing Pyramid's mistakes. My advice, don't waste your money and time. Pyramid Roofing is the worst contractor i have ever encountered. Poor workmanship. Terrible customer service. Abysmal cleanup. Refuses to stand behind their work.
