The appointment time was later adjusted to 3:10 and then 3:15 via confirmation text. We arrived about 10 minutes early but weren't taken back until around 3:45. I understand they may have been short staffed, but waiting about 30 minutes past our appointment was disappointing. The massage itself was okay, my boyfriend's masseuse stepped out several times to cover the front desk, which disrupted the relaxing atmosphere.
