They never came back to do the needed full repair and would not return phone calls (even to Mr. Collins' cell phone). I tried for weeks, and was gaslighted the entire time. Two days ago I tried again for a different maintenance issue. Surprisingly I did get through, and they scheduled a service appointment for the next morning, but they never showed up. No phone call. Just a few hours later, they had found a supplier that had a unit that would fit, cutting the larger labor costs and modification costs! If you need to make an appointment, just call their office and Barb will be able to set you up! You'll get a text confirming your appointment with a 4 hour time slot. On the day of your appointment, you'll get a text with a link to track your technician's location so you'll know exactly when to expect them! I tried calling the next day to talk to someone about their price my calls were not taken, nor returned. Ide hate to see what they would charge for a $24 part from a appliance store. Highway robbery.
