I went to this restaurant last night because my cousin said their burgers were "life changing." The…read moreonly thing that changed was my trust in my cousin. We waited 45 minutes for food even though the place was almost empty except for one guy asleep in a booth. When the waiter finally brought my fries, they were cold and somehow tasted sweet? I asked for ketchup and he brought barbecue sauce and said, "close enough." Then halfway through eating, the lights started flickering and somebody in the kitchen dropped what sounded like an entire shelf of plates. Everyone just clapped like it was normal. The worst part was the bathroom. There was a fish in the sink. Not a decoration. A real fish. Honestly, I should've left when I saw a pigeon walking around near the soda machine like it worked there.

Incredible ribs, that fall off the bone. Love that they put aluminum paper to separate the bread from the wet food items. Nothing was disappointing at all, you'll love anything you order. Very happy with their Mac and cheese, it was smack your mama good. . I think it stole the show. Their BBQ sauce was so good, it was toped with mustard which was a nice twist. I definitely recommend you trying this place out, you probably won't go to any other bbq joint after. This restaurant is IT!

I learned they have another location on South Monroe or Adams Street and branched out to this location next to Planet Fitness. We have stopped by several time and enjoyed the meals they offer, including BBQ ribs and BBQ chicken. They packaged the meals with foil to separate the bread and keep it from getting soggy. There was so much meat on the ribs! Excellent value for the price. The sauce is delicious and plentiful for dipping. The portion size is generous and filling. Mac and Cheese, cole slaw, baked beans and white bread round out the meals. There was another BBQ food truck in the Shell Gas station lot at the corner of Capital Circle and Apalachee Parkway that closed a while back. The food was good, but the wait even if you were the only customer was crazy. Like 1/2 hour crazy. Meal options should be limited for a food truck to keep the pace moving and get folks on their way. Here's where Long Bone BBQ excels!! The food is ready to be plated and packaged when you arrive. They get you on your way. I appreciate this pace from a food truck! If you're on the southeast part of Tallahassee, anywhere in the vicinity of Apalachee Parkway, Park Avenue and Capital Circle Southeast, this is an easy location with ample parking to get you in and out and on your way again.
