However, before leaving I checked my Apple Wallet app to verify the transaction and found that they had added $30 extra dollars to the transaction for a total of $73.93!!! I went to the cashier and showed him the transaction and he got all nervous and said that he must have hit a wrong button! How can a wrong button have been hit if you gave me a final receipt showing $43.93??? He said he needed to call someone to credit back the $30 but I could go ahead and leave. Mind you, he had taken my original receipt back. I told him and would wait and that he could go ahead and refund the entire order. I waited and held onto the purchased items until he handed me a receipt showing the $73.93 refund & I verified my Apple Wallet app showed the refund. I'll never set foot in this place again and I would suggest others do the same. However, if you feel like you must go here, "BRING CASH!"

I asked for 30/4 mix and I brought in human hair (27/30) for my boho bob. I also asked for small. My braids are NOT mixed well...I think she only had a little bit of the color 30 and tried to stretch it. Crystal used 2 and sometimes 3 pieces of hair for the boho at the front, but the back her mom did. The last 4 rows had NO boho hair and the upper back rows only had 1 strand. (I discovered this when I got home) When I got home & noticed how thin the hair was I sent her a text. She said for me to come back in which I was pleased with how fast she was willing to correct the problem. Her mom redid 4 rows in the back. I am home now & the contrast between braids AND boho hair is very stark, which I initially said I didn't want. The parting looks like a 10 year old was playing in a dolls head and besides the 1st two rows at the front, these braids are NOT small. I am looking at my hair & it's truly embarrassing. I have paid my $210 which included an undeserved $10 tip. Super nice people, comfortable environment, but the work is very sub par.

The ladies watch you like a hawk. They aren't as smooth about doing it inconspicuously. It bothers me a little because I've been in there every month for years and years and still get watched like I'm a thief or something.
