Then when my now 1.5 year old puppy was full grown and became harder to manage we got back in touch and she'd offer suggestions. Finally when she neared the age of 2 I realized I needed professional help Amillie came in and once again explained things even on our first session in a way I could understand and broke down behaviors for me. I actually have 2 giant breed Greater Swiss mountain dogs and she has helped me with training both of them. Mainly frustration reactivity for my younger female "puppy" and then being able to successfully loose leash walk both of them together (2 strong willed and physically strong, with a combined weight of ~200 lb) female dogs. Each time we meet I leave with so much information. She's been great and I only wish we started training them with Amillie when my girls were younger. You won't regret this partnership or Amillie's expertise. Training comes natural to her. It's a gift and that's with me already having had 2 large breed independent dogs before working with her!

She shared my concern with her groomer making me look bad. Then she contacted me today about canceling my next appointment next week because she had another client who wanted that time slot. I confirmed I wanted the groom and asked again for a shorter "puppy" cut. She called me and declined service claiming it's not healthy for the dogs coat or skin and refused to cut any shorter. I explained I've been grooming my dogs for 18+ years and I know what is good for my dog. I didn't appreciate being schooled or scolded by this rude, condescending person. She then Canceled my appointment despite my advising I would leave a review about my experience on YELP. Also please note that the mobile grooming van is shabby, old and decrepit. I noticed many negative reviews about Veronica. She is NOT LICENSED and not kind at all. Very disrespectful, nasty girl. AVOID THIS GROOMER AT ALL COSTS!!!

The Gonzales tech insisted on fussing with a weeping issue we had (from a plugged condensor discharge tube). He wasted lots of time (poorly) dismantling the freezer compartment. Ridiculously, the discharge tube is actually accessed at the lower back of the fridge. The tech had nothing to clear the tube, so my tool box provided the stiff wire needed. The tech then refused to check - without booking a second visit - why the freezer was not working (i.e. not freezing), which was the original reason for the call-out. It turned out that the freezing system (using freon or a more modern alternative) had a leak - diagnosed within 5 minutes by a real fridge repairman who we sourced through local friends (so, live and learn). The fridge was replaced, because leaks can't be fixed on modern fridges. And, having the tech fix the leaking discharge tube (which he insisted on) was a complete waste of time and money ($250).
