I remember when they were popping back in the day. The style of clothing, suits etc. It has lost its luster. The clothing looked like it catered only to the elderly. My husband needed a white, burgundy and blue suit so he had no big complaints since they had what he'd needed... Now I have always loved their shirt and tie section. That had not really changed. They still to me have the "BEST" ties and shirt colors you cannot find anywhere else. The prices were reasonable they had a big sale going on. Everyone was so nice and polite. The store was clean and well stocked.

However, the associates (two women) declined to exchange the T shirt and advised me to sew it instead. The associate even proceeded to cut the thread off the shirt and said it's fine. I'm very disappointed in purchasing an item that was defective and their negligence and unsatisfactory customer service in resolving the issue. The t shirt alone was $28! If I had purchased it elsewhere, I would've been able to exchange it, as the defect was there to begin with. Horrible customer service! Never shopping there again and I will advise anyone to shop elsewhere!

Nope it's actually gotten worse and has the same person managing in the daytime and I think her attitude is the worst by the way she speaks to ppl she more focused on telling ppl rudely to stay behind the line when approaching the registers lol. Selection is larger but the store still a mess nothing is where it should be it's always too much time spent just searching through the clutter so it's no longer been a hassle traveling to the Burlington stores that are further out from this location which is the closest one to where I live but will much more prefer taking that drive. Prices are still ok but a lot of the name brand things do be slightly altered being a lot of the items didn't make it past QC (quality control) and makes it to these type of stores so pay attention to detail if you come for the bigger brands and a lot of times these items be on sale at they retail stores for cheaper specially Nike.

Even after moving up to Denver, it wasn't convenient. Needless to say I didn't shop much in the brick-and-mortar store, but I did shop (a lot!) online. That's why I was so excited to see a Box Lunch at Town Center in Aurora! Kellen, the sales associate, was so friendly and helpful. Her service is the type I was used to shopping at the Mall of America location. I asked her how long the store had been open, and she said it opened last week. I also asked her how long she worked for the company, and she said while she trained up at Flatirons Crossing, this store was her first official location. You couldn't tell, since she had amazing product knowledge and super customer service. The store had a fantastic selection of Disney, Star Wars, Harry Potter, and other types of genres. They had all kinds of products, and even had a nice sale going on. As usual, I walked out with a bagful of stuff. Kellen helped fix my phone number, which someone had entered entirely wrong into the system. When she couldn't find me via my phone number, I told her to brace herself when I gave her my email. She started smiling because she knew it was a combo of Disney and Star Wars. She pretty much had it memorized when she had to reenter my info. I left with not only some sweet deals and awesome shopping bag, but a smile on my face thanks to Kellen's customer service. And don't worry: I'll be back soon!
