Richard delivered on all of these and then some. During the process, he continued to consult with us and kept us informed of his schedule. We greatly appreciated his flexibility in allowing us to complete some of the work ourselves and the tips he provided to us along the way. For the few sub-contractors he used, Richard was always on site and oversaw their work. The pride he takes in his work is very evident. No detail is too small. Jonathan is quick, efficient, and he shoots us a text when he's on his way over, which is fantastic, because it gives us time to get our dogs in the house. The lawn is mowed, edges are tight, and he cleans up everything when he's done. Great communication as well, which just helps everything go much more smoothly. It's nice to finally have someone who cares about meeting our needs. He's easy to talk to, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for lawn care services. Nick responded within 30 minutes of my request that he would try to work me in within the next two days. I ended up hearing from another service simultaneously who responded they could definitely take care of me before the weekend, so I booked with them. I was so shocked when Nick showed up at my house that same evening that I sent my request saying he had found the time and could mow my lawn the next day. It made me wish I hadn't already booked the other vendor! I was so impressed by his responsiveness. Then Angela asked that I toss in a few more dollars because the workers did more than was asked. I decided to give them another try. The next time they were several hours late, and I began to think I'd have to hire someone else. They dropped off one tired kid and apparently didn't give him correct instructions, either. The charge this time was $75, and I had to go to the door and explain the job to him when he, also, didn't clear the alley behind the house so I could get out. Once you get on the route, it appears that Angela expects you to use their services whether or not you feel they are needed. Since she is only willing to use texting for communication, it's easy for there to be miscommunication. I would caution people to be very careful about using this service. I was concerned that if I had them come back again it would be $95 or $100, so I discontinued their service. I wish I had read their reviews on Yelp and Facebook before hiring them.

My husband suddenly just lost his job of 22 years as the company folded and was also going through medical exams for cancer and I am retired and on disability. Had we known a month before from them we could have made arrangements to cover this amount and this became a very stressful and financial burden . Thankfully I had stored enough food for meals to cover us for a month but we could not pay our monthly bills . We were depleted in our account . Their bookkeeping and communication was aweful . I wrote to them about our concern and they did not offer to spread the payment out to decrease the stress for us . I do not recommend this company .

Dumping landscaping materials over onto some ones else's property is not cool and then not removing it after confronted about it. They lied about not touching our property in the end they did. If you want pissed off neighbors just use them. They will dust your vehicle and home out and park in front of your driveway as often as they would like. Broken water line fooding out the area.
