Using my phone, I checked on their hours when open because we live about 35 miles away. When we arrived we were met with the gate closed and the CLOSED FOR THE SEASON, SEE YOU SPRING 2025 sign. I checked my phone again, and nowhere did I see a message that they were closed for the season. When I got back home, I checked their website on the computer. At the top, in very small print, was the closed message. It would be very helpful if that message could be much more prominent somewhere near the normal posted hours online. We wasted time and gas going to Sandpoint, also very disappointed that they were closed before the end of October.

It dropped all its needles within six days. Went back and showed them a photo and asked what they could do. Didn't demand a replacement or refund, just looking for some accommodation. The owner stood "on policy" and offered nothing but a 5% discount on a potential replacement, which doesn't even cover sales tax. The people working at the Garden Center are great - this lies squarely with the owner, who seems to take a very short-term view of the business. I'm an avid gardener, but hesitate to do any further business with them and can't recommend them to you.
