Anyway, this morning at about 10:30, he called to ask if it was alright if he started heading this way (of course! ). He got here shortly before 11:30am and got the job done (also had us flush our toilets to make sure there was no blockage - the last people who pumped our tank did not have us do this) as well as giving us a recommendation for a guy that could straighten a pipe that needs fixing and replace the deteriorating covers to our tank. He was very polite on the phone and a good guy in person. We really appreciate the way he made sure to go the extra mile in making sure we were satisfied!

The guy came out but brought out a truck too big, I'm guessing this could have been fixed that day but the guy that came out admitted to not wanting to work because of the Texas game! If they didn't want to work on an important day to them, why waste peoples time?! My mom being nice, understood and rescheduled for Monday. The guy came in at 630 (unbeknownst to me that they make calls that early) so I questioned why he was there so early. The guy never once looked me in the face and told me, "yall find someone else". Literally left speechless because I wasn't rude, just unsure of what was going on. A conversation could've been had but the emotional man didn't care! We have 2 septics on the property and I will NEVER call him out again. Too bad he was recommended by our septic guys who check it out yearly. I will make sure everyone knows what a douchebag that guy was. Edited to add: after speaking with family further.. My grandfather mentioned that the guy that came from Anytime septic had noticed that their septic pump switch had been turned off that Saturday, when Eric first came out. He didn't even work on the septic, so unsure why he did that! Had it continued to go unnoticed, this could have caused further damage. My brother also noticed the same size truck Eric brought Saturday was also the same truck he brought that Monday. That just goes to show you he didn't want to help us. We are unsure why we were treated this way and that is why this review is posted. We stand by our review!

We built our home in 2016 and started a contract for the septic in December of 2016. Claude Hoffman…read morewas wonderful and helpful during the install. After that, he was required to inspect the septic every quarter (aerobic septic system). We called and complained after we were unable to get him to respond to our calls and texts when a sprinkler head had broken off. After a month of attempts, the county called him and he called right back. He is required to leave a copy of the inspection report with the owner on each visit. He never left one. When I called the county and obtained the dates he says he had done inspections, I reviewed the cameras around the house and he had never been to our home. Claude promised to take care of us and leave a note on each visit. He came out and replaced the sprinkler head. We thought this had been resolved, till now. Fast forward a year later and a sprinkler head had broken again. Once more, we were unable to reach him, so hired someone else to handle the repair. We also found out the county had, once again, received all the reports every three months, yet Claude Hoffman had not appeared on any camera, including the one pointed at the gate to the septic in the back yard. Turns out, many septic people do not do the required inspections, but this company actually lied and filed those reports as if they had been here. Since they have no digital footprint and show up as a pool company, no-where to add a review, so adding our own reviews, so people will not go through what we have gone through. Claude may be nice, he may set your septic up well, but I get the distinct feeling that he makes quite a living setting up aerobic systems for people and getting contracts and not going back. Be warned, this company is not worth doing business with.

They parked their big, heavy backhoe on our property right across the street on our yard and course proceeded to tear up the yard and probably broke the sprinklers. The homeowners are new and were not home at the time or they were too afraid to answer the door. We have filled a complaint with the company. We'll see if any compensation becomes of it.
