I used this service a few times ..once in awhile it was ok, one time driver showed up stoned, car smelling like marijuana -the red car smells and has stains on back seat--last service I had to wait over 2 hrs in the dark and I kept calling back asking about the status of driver_ I was told "driver on the way driver on the way ".. I have had a few pickups from this company and my experiences were great. I did have one bad experience the driver was very very rude and screaming at me telling me that he could lose his job my dog was in a dog backpack and the air conditioning in his car wasn't really working well in the backseat so I said can I please just open up her bag so that she can breathe because she was crying and panting and he just kept yelling at me and telling me no no and I was scared for my dog that she was you're not able to breathe well at this point when the driver came into my apartment complex I asked him to just drop me off at the very beginning of it I didn't even want him to drop me off at my door because I just wanted to get out of that car as fast as I could when I tried calling to report this the woman that answered the phone stated that she was never going to pick me up from my address again that I was banned from this cab company because I was rude yes I was a little rude after the man wouldn't let me give some air to my dog I just don't understand how they can be so cruel to animals the backpack has vent holes but for whatever reason the air conditioning and the back seat was not working well so my dog couldn't breathe in her backpack and what they said is oh well you're not supposed to have a dog unless it's in a bag and I said it is in the bag but I just needed to let her out for a minute to get her breathing I think this is inhumane to animals I feel this is very unfair and that they're telling me they're not picking me up anymore because I was angry and upset that my dog was literally choking in her carrier that's my review and I just feel that as a company other drivers have been very polite and nice and have no problems with them but this one particular man was very very rude and very uncaring and no compassion for animals read more

The driver, Ron, was very good. however, I almost missed the ride because of some confusion where he picked me up. I was unable to identify the vehicle easily. He was kind enough to give me the ride even though he had just canceled because he couldn't find me at the meeting destination. That ended well in spite of the confusion. read more

I can totally not ever forget this ride or this man James, I had a horrendous experience this ride. He never saw me when I was at the end of an entrance for him to come to, road right past me speeding as usual I had him 2 weeks ago in the same thing. He finally found me when I'm waving him down that he was way over where he should not have been and then he was extremely mouthy with me because he made a mistake like 2 weeks ago once again. He pulled out of the driveway with me almost squealing wheels and was speeding, went the opposite way and started bitching about that's a dead end and he knew it was, but for some reason and I heard from two other of my neighbors that he does that he takes the wrong way and then backtracks and then b****** at everybody. He did not know that he was with a person who ran a business for over 30 years and treated me like I was something walking the streets with his mouth. He had a major attitude almost vicious like 2 weeks ago, and I would have put a review two weeks ago but I thought no no everybody has a bad day and he was ignorant as hell then. He got a beautiful tip two weeks ago but this week we didn't even make it five blocks away when I exited his vehicle. He started speeding from the get-go when I told him he's going the wrong way then he jerked the car I flipped to the left side of the car and didn't say a word but I slid all the way over before I got my seatbelt on. I asked him to please stop speeding and he went even faster over speed bumps after telling me he takes care of his car very well.... I once again ask him to please stop speeding he's freaking me out because I didn't know how fast he was going to go when he finally got to the highway but we never made it to the highway. We got eight blocks up by the store and he was screaming at me to shut up he will drive how he wants and that is his own car, I explained to him he's representing his company that he works for very poorly in yelling at me and speeding his brains Out and hitting around 6 Speed bumps, that got a bit scary for me and I don't scare easy. I said to him once again please please slow down you're getting me freaked out because I don't know how you're going to be once we hit the highway, that did it for him he screamed at me you get out of my car when we got up by the corner store, he knew I was going to tell him that I did not want to go any further because under my breath he heard me when I said I don't know if I can take this ride, that's when he jerked up to the corner store and said get out get the F out of my effing car, I told him you knew I was going to get out anyway, go back to New York where you belong. I remember a couple of weeks ago I heard his accent and it did sound like he was from New York so I thought I would throw that in even though I'm from South jersey, LOL. But it totally was not funny at all and I will never forget that driver ever. He has been there I found out a little over 2 years and has major complaints but yet he has not been let go, I find that totally unethical and unbelievable because as a business owner I know for a fact he would not have lasted past the third complaint. So good luck to anybody who gets this man because he's a total whack job and speeds his brains out, very weird for a senior citizen, I'm done here now..... I love the company since new people took it over, and I hope the new owner does see this because I for one would surely like to see how my employees are treating the customers. I originally started walking then it started pouring. I said to myself, "At least it's warm." Then it got cold. By the time I stopped under the awning, I was soaked to my underwear.
