After frustration with another well-known taxi service, I searched online and happened upon Active Limo and Taxi and then called the owner, Russ. Immediately, Russ called another driver (Clem) who lived very close to my St. Pete Beach home. Clem called me right away and after explaining my needs (which included a tight timeline for the afternoon) -- he was almost instantly at my door!
