I called recently for a rehire and learned that I would not only need to reprint her materials but was treated in a grossly rude manner when I stated that I didn't have the ability to print something from home at the moment. She offered alternatives disdainfully, and actually had the gall to ask me if I could have my mother print it out for me (I am a 40 year old professional). This is after her original exhaustive procedure for beginning service during which I was told "customers call me and we take care of them when they are already out of town." I guess they left without calling previously but remembered to print out paperwork. Anyway, she was ugly enough for me to want to write this review. I'd worry about my animals in the care of someone that doesn't want to keep their customers.

Immediately upon picking them up, I noticed visible injuries that were not present when I dropped…read morethem off. One of my dogs had a bloody toe and scratches around her mouth, and my other dog had a scratched and irritated nose. These injuries were apparent right away, which raises serious concern as to how they occurred and why I was not notified by staff at any point during their stay. If these injuries happened while my dogs were in your care, I would have expected staff to notice them and contact me promptly. The lack of communication and explanation gives the impression that my dogs were not being adequately monitored, which I find unacceptable and unprofessional. Because of this experience, I have lost confidence in the level of care provided and will not be returning my dogs to your facility. I believe it is important to bring this to your attention so it can be addressed and prevented from happening to other pets in the future.
