He charged my almost triple what we agreed on, he work from home, it's not an actual shop! When we argued almost got physical couple of times and since we're in his house your options are limited. He literally called a dent on the car , and said this need to be addressed, I asked him to fix it, which he did , but he damaged it again while putting the bumper back and yet still charged me for it . When I asked him how come you're charging me for something you didn't even fix , he's like well the car stayed 2 weeks at the shop you can consider a storage fee!! So unprofessional, maybe the old guy was the man but Chase was a complete waste of time and money. I paid the guy what he asked for cause I really didn't want him to cause more damage to the car. as I don't really have time or energy to deal with such attitude and work ethic , even tho I should have took it to the court!
