I had to rush to Urgent Care the next day, where I received a Decadron shot (Steroid), a prescription for a Medrol pack (Prednisone), Famotidine, and Claritin for two weeks. The doctor at the Urgent Care said I had suffered a chemical burn to my mouth due to the chemicals touching parts of my mouth that it should not have touched. It has been difficult for me to speak, eat, drink, smile, and even go to work. I could not go into work on Monday (5/5/25) due to the severe pain. My lips are burnt, the inside of my mouth is burnt and has blisters. I cannot eat or drink like normal, nor brush my teeth. I have missed work due to being in such horrendous pain. I contacted the provider at Cosmo Med Spa and she told me that "I will be okay" and "she will pray for me." I am in so much pain that I had to see another doctor, my PCP, and she also diagnosed it as burns to my mouth. She prescribed Lidocaine. I am now on five medications and I still in tremendous pain (today is 5/8/25). The owner of Cosmo Med Spa stated that she will once again, "Pray for me." I will attach pictures and doctor's reports. Two years ago I had cryotherapy for my chest keloid with Dr. Hill. I expected the area to heal with…read morea small scar, but in the months that followed, the scar got worse. It got bigger and redder. Dr. Hill treated it with steroid shots and three rounds of IPL but nothing worked. Finally, I sent an email to ask if he had botched the surgery and if there was any hope of the area getting better because I want to be a reasonable person and just move on with my life if the answer is no. He got me in for a follow up right away and admitted that because the stitches had ripped during surgery, this triggered more trauma to the area. The surgery was unsuccessful and my body did not respond. He offered to do another surgical removal (without the cryotherapy) but that there was only a 50-60% success rate. I asked his assistant if she would do the surgery if she were in my shoes, and she gave me an evasive, "I think you should do it if it makes you happy." That told me everything I needed to know. A week or two later I sent a follow up email to say that I was going to decline surgery and asked for a partial refund. Seeing as Dr. Hill did take a lot of time in trying to help me after surgery, I thought this was a fair ask and worth a shot. Unfortunately, I never got a response. I sent a follow-up last week to kindly remind them to respond to my email, but they never did. Now, if they don't want to give me a refund, there's nothing I can do. I just figured that anyone in my position would do the same, but this is completely unprofessional, considering I am a patient in their care. I cannot recommend the Graivier Center to anyone hoping to get a chest keloid removed. Save your money and stay away.

My only complaint would be that the online booking form asks for gratuity when you schedule and pay-.... How am I supposed to know what I want to leave of I don't know how the service was? I mean, you can leave $0 or whatever and bring cash (they have gratuity envelopes) but I just thought it was awkward and weird to ask for it in advance. So- bring extra cash to tip a little more if you want!
