I've been so sad recently that I haven't been able to bring my significant other to any of my ultrasounds (due to COVID) so being able to have him there with me was a dream come true. This is our first baby and Anna made sure everything she was looking at during the ultrasound was explained and she was super friendly throughout the whole appointment. Her office and place of business is extremely clean and comfortable. My boyfriend and I left the appointment feeling like we had left the spa, we were just that relaxed! We had our 3 Ultrasounds with Anna at 9 weeks, gender reveal and 4D at 27 weeks. Every single time we came in was a wonderful experience. The office is cute and welcoming. Came in at 33 Weeks for an ultrasound with 4D Miracles! Office is very clean, and friendly. Love the relaxing room they bring you in for the actual ultrasound! I was so excited to see my little one and thankfully they have a nice big TV screen and couch for your loved ones to enjoy the viewing from as well! Did the bundle package and it was such a great deal! Even though my little girl decided to rest her head on the placenta the entire ultrasound (hence we could only get half her face) we still got incredible images and the tech tried her best to get her to move off of it! Sorry late review. But we did our 4d ultrasound with Anna about a month ago and it was the best decision me and my husband ever had. We enjoyed every minute of it from the little yawns to the movements. If you haven't already, definitely recommend Anna with your 4d ultrasound needs she's great! My boyfriend and I came to see our baby in 4D and we really enjoyed our experience. Our son is a little difficult when it comes to cooperating during ultrasounds but she made it possible! Had an amazing experience here! Anna was super professional, but also so friendly and made us feel super comfortable. We had great conversation the whole time we were there and she asked us questions about ourselves and made sure to check multiple times if we had any questions or were curious about anything, it just really felt like she was genuinely interested in getting to know her clients. She even went out of her way to spend a few more minutes to really be sure she confirmed out little one's gender since the umbilical cord was kind of in the way :) She made the experience really easy going and the facility was SO clean and welcoming and calm. Superior service! We had our 4d appointment about a month ago when I was 32 weeks. We were the first appointment of the day and we arrived, but they were running late due to traffic. When the guy arrived, he gave us a great price break for the actual time frame I was in due to him being late. And they also gave us a couple gift bags with formula and travel cases for them. Nice! They then set us up in the next room to do the ultrasounds and scanning. That room is so comfortable and soothing! Lots of couch space for as many people you want to bring, dim lights, a huge flat screen for everyone to view your baby and a calmest and nicest ultrasound techs ever. They're gentle and always make sure you're comfortable. They didn't make us feel rushed and I can tell that they love their job. The first day we went, baby was facing down and he wouldn't move to face up. We took a 5 minute break to drink water and walk up and down the stairs to see if that would get him to move around, but when we went back to try again he was still face down. No worries though because they offer you a second re-scan at no charge if they weren't able to capture your baby the first time. We came back 2 days later on a Saturday and this time I drank a whole bottle of water prior to the appointment, since at my stage, there's less fluid so it's harder to scan. They welcomed us back and we started scanning... IT WAS SO MAGICAL. We were able to capture many pictures and also a DVD. It was definitely worth it and the customer service is top notch. These guys rock! I went to Scanbabies 2 weeks ago at just over 27 weeks pregnant and got pretty dismal results (no gender, no face pics). I was very disappointed but immediately my husband and I decided to redo and try a different place altogether. 4D miracles has great reviews, almost identical to Scanbabies, and although it was much further from our house, it seemed worth it. The price was about the same, but the experience was MUCH better!! I got actual photos (scanbabies does photo paper), and received like 10 of them. I got a video DVD of the entire 45 minutes, heartbeat monitored and a DVD of over 120 pics (scanbabies only gave me about 20 pics altogether and none of them actually looked like a baby). The girl who did the ultrasound was incredibly friendly, explained everything to us and actually labeled the pics she printed so we'd know which parts were feet and which were genitalia etc. The office is super cozy, with a warm room, soft background music, a chaise lounge to lay on instead of a cold medical table, and a big screen tv to watch your little one on! The ultrasound tech took her time and made sure to find the best angles, had me move around etc to get our baby in the right spot for good face shots. I would totally do it again, the price is great-$119. I highly recommend this location over the competition. Oh plus we got 2 cool freebies-a bag with a bottle cooler and formula and a box full of breastfeeding supplies!! read more

BF and I chose this place for our 4D ultrasound due to the high reviews and close proximity to my home in Milpitas. I scheduled our appointment 2.5 weeks in advance through the online portal on their website. I wanted to go when I was between 28-30 weeks as doctors recommend that is the best time to get a 3D or 4D ultrasound. The owner and I exchanged a couple emails and he secured our appointment. It took a couple days since he only seems to check emails once a day, so it may be faster to just give the office a call. This office is located on the second floor of a general office building. If you check-in on Yelp, you get the "bundle package" for $119. The bundle package is usually performed between 25-33 weeks, which includes a 30 minute session (all of which is recorded on a DVD), gender confirmation, listen to heartbeat, 6 color prints, and a CD of the pictures taken during the session. Upon checking in, you're also required to sign up for enfamil formula and they will give you a sample box of formula and coupons. BF and I thought the viewing room was very cozy and home-like. They play soothing music in the background and the TV was huge, definitely more than 50". The long ottoman was very comfy for me to lay on, and my BF was on the couch next to me, which could easily fit about 3 more people. Our sonographer Ana (at least I think that was her name?) was very talkative and friendly, but it felt awkward at times when she was asking personal questions such as, "so how did you two meet?" Nevertheless, she seemed to know what she was doing with the machine and pointing out the different things we were seeing on the TV. We got some very good video of our baby girl! 4.5 stars overall -- had to minus half a star because of some of the awkward conversations we had with Ana, but she still did a great job. They had piles of stuff on the reception desk which made us nervous about choosing this company. I was also annoyed being told to arrive 15 minutes early and then realizing they were running late by another 15 minutes.... When we finally got into the procedure room it was very nice and comfortable. The ultra sound tech was very nice and tried for 30 minutes to get our baby to move... he was sound asleep. I did like the CD with over 100 pictures and the DVD of 30 minutes of our baby. I was sad to find out I couldn't post it online for our family who doesn't live close by. Another disappointment was that I saw on here other ladies received a goody bag... I never got one. All in all it was a good experience because we got to see our baby. I also liked that they didn't try and up sell us once we got there. This husband and wife team could use someone at the front desk however. read more

This was my second attempt at a 3d/4d ultra sound. I previously went to another company (will not name, but it's a local, highly rated company), and was very disappointed with the service and quality of the ultrasound. My fiancé and I came to 4d Miracles at 26 weeks pregnant. We already knew that we were having a baby girl. We wanted pictures of our daughter's face. We purchased the bundle package which included 6 photos(we got 5, I think there was a printing problem) , cd, and a dvd. I was thrilled that 4d Miracles was everything the other company was not! The ultrasound technician was very professional, patient, and understood the equipment she was using. Our baby would not turn so we tried many techniques to get her to face to camera. Within a few minutes she did. We saw her yawn, move her arms and legs, hide her face, and stretch her arms. It was very exciting to see. We ended up with 170 images on cd! We had a great experience and will be back at 30 weeks. read more

I always wanted to try this type of sonogram but didn't know who to go to and if it was affordable. I looked through yelp and saw that this one had the best reviews AND was affordable. I was tempted to go to this one in San Ramon (that also owns the one in Hayward) but the person who picked up the phone didn't sound nice. I went today and 4D miracles made sure me and my family were comfortable, they are really nice and made me feel relaxed the entire time. My son was a little uncooperative and sleepy most of the time but the lady was so sweet - we went over in time just so she can give us a glimpse of his face. I didn't feel pressured and she got some great shots of him for the couple seconds he did take put his feet down! The place may be small but it makes it more intimate for my & my family. The couch was comfortable, had a clear big TV, soft music, and just an overall really a nice atmosphere. It wasn't hard to find like many people said but the door confused me a little bit since I was looking for a "4D miracles" sign. Just go with Suite 100 and it's it. I really appreciate what they do! I got an awesome mini backpack with tons of goodies, a CD, DVD, color pictures and exceptional service for only $129 (no hidden fees at all). Seriously can' t beat that - mothers to be I highly recommend them! read more

After weeks of searching for the places with the most perfect reviews, I decided to go to this place, even if it meant driving 45 minutes. Let me tell you, I do not regret it at all! The technician, forgive my pregnancy brain because i cant remember her name, was amazing!! She was very gentle and made me very comfortable. The pictures and video is more than I could ever dream off. For those that are still on the fence about doing 4D, just do it! It is worth the memories. I paid $115 for 10 photos, a dvd of the whole session, a cd of like 50 photos and a free insulated bag from enfamil which includes 2 containers of formula. The feeling of watching your baby move, yawn and actually kick you, is beyond words. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! read more

This place was great! They make you feel extremely comfortable. I bought the gender package for $69 and I got so much more than my monies worth. Upon registering we were given two welcome gifts containing baby formula, a bottle cooler and more. Inside the Ultrasound room there is a large monitor and a comfortable couch for your family to watch the action. The mom to be gets to make herself comfortable on an extra large chase. They then start the show. We left there with 109 photo images of baby on a DVD and a second DVD with the video of the entire session. I would highly recommend this place. I came in with a very skeptical view about what was going to happen but left feeling every minute I was there was so worth it! I brought 5 people with me. Here was my experience. It was located in an office building that is quiet and nice looking on the inside. The front area where you check in is standard like any other office with a few chairs and a front counter area. They have you sign paperwork and take care of the payment while the family waits, but nicely they have you take care of it in a separate office room so you aren't talking about the pricing and details in front of your family. We spent a little under 150 for our package.(my dad guessed we spent 1000 or so.. what does that say!!) They then take you into a room, with the family, and there are couches off to the side and a few arm chairs with a little coffee table, you could imagine you were in someone's front room if you didn't notice the imaging machine a little farther on in the room. there was a water cooler and a huge flat panel where the pictures and imaging was displayed for the family and myself to watch. The imaging machine was very nice, looked pretty new. The place had a clean scent and dimmed lights with soft classical music playing throughout the session. The lady who was our technician was very nice, extremely polite. She spent a lot of time with us and made our pictures come out amazing! We were lucky that the baby was moving around a bit here and there, we knew the sex from before, but she was able to verify for us. Our little one even smiled a few times through the session which we have pictures of. When we were finished, we weren't rushed out so it was an overall amazing experience. Our package included pictures, a DVD and a CD of pictures. I would definitely recommend this to other people, what an amazing experience. I can't say everyone's baby would be in the right position for this, or even that yours will move around, but I went in the morning, and mine tends to move a lot when I eat, so I brought a few chocolates to snack on right before and it worked really well. Done on 12/05/09 I was roughly 29 Weeks .. on week 33 now! Definitely worth it to us. Hope this review helps! read more

Overall a great place. Couple of "funny" things...when you call to set up an appointment you will get connected to a Google Voice number and will have to leave a message. I was never able to get someone on the line. They call back quickly though and I was able to set something up with them for the same week. The location is a little odd as well. In an office building 2nd floor suite. When we go there we were greeted and given our goodie bags for buying the bundle. The tech/room was ready for us immediately. The room was very nice. Comfy couches that fit at least 5-6 people comfortably. Large screen tv so they can watch exactly what was going on. Nice dim lighting for mommy to get relaxed. We had a 45 minute session. Although we didn't get good pictures it wasn't for her lack of trying. Baby did not want to cooperate. Hands, arms, and legs were in every shot which made it difficult to see his face. We tried everything from pushing and bouncing the belly to getting up and walking around. Baby was stubborn and did not want to be photographed. She was able to confirm the sex and get a couple of pictures which was nice. So overall, great staff and good quality images if your baby decides to participate. read more

My girlfriend and I are both pregnant around 24 wks and got a 4D ultrasound from 4D miracles. We were running about 10moin behind and they didn't rush us or get upset about it. Everyone there was awesome and friendly. The Russian ultrasound technician is nice and wasn't offended by our jokes from the group. I can't remember the gentlemen's name who I think is the manager or owner. He reminded me of Floyd from Entourage minus being flamboyent or gay =) We signed up with Similac (totally free) and we left there with a diaper bag and formula samples. This office is very clean and comfy. Way better than my own living room. LOL I hope you enjoy this experience as much as I did. P.S. I want to go back and got a discount towards next time. Came in for a 4d ultrasound appt at 28 weeks today. I was defin impressed with 4D Miracles. Nicole who was our tech was awesome and very friendly! She made the whole experience very comforting. Our little guy was being very stubborn and shy and took us forever to get photos but she took her time and was not rushing us or anything. I came in a 5.05 and had an absolutely amazing experience. My prenatal care facility is Kasier and with the covid impact, my fiance wasnt able to join at any of the appointments. 4D miracles allows you to still bring 1 person with you so this might be have been our only chance for him to experience this with me. Anna was wonderful! Very caring, sweet and knowledgeable. The place was clean and very welcoming. But, after I left a message, they called back within 15 minutes, so no problem. Got to the place and it was easy to find. The interior was nice and comfortable. The guy at the receiption was nice and answered all of our questions. We waited for about 5 minutes and then was led into the scan room which was as nice as my friend that referred me said. The girl that scanned my friend was also nice and friendly. The baby was hiding behind the arms, but she worked with my friend to get the images. She had to walk around a little, but afterwards we were able to get great pictures! In the end my friend and I were really happy to have shared this experience. read more

Didn't know what to expect...Thought it would be a hospital...But it really is just a small-sized office with a room for the ultrasound... Was pleasantly greeted by Genzo (owner/president) who helped us with the paperwork and payment processing... Don't know if he has more staff, but he had one lady staff member who did our test... They were both very nice and cheerful. Because our baby wasn't cooperating, our test went overtime, but they didn't rush us at all and even went over...That was much appreciated. I heard that in other places, they are really strict about time. I would recommend 4D Miracles because they are a small operation and deserve all the help they can get. Based on the reviews, it appears they have a few loyal, repeat clients. From our experience, it must be because of their personal and warm touch. read more

Wow, this is truly a bonding experience!!! I feel so much closer to my baby girl! I got to see her little chin, chubby cheeks, and learned that she uses the placenta as a pillow. To start off, my apt was on a Saturday. We got to the door and no one was there, but we called them and the tech was maybe on her lunch, but in the building. We didn't wait no more than 2 mins. no big deal. When we walked in the office...it was so small. For some reason, I was thinking it would be a large dr.'s office. Well no, it's a lot smaller and more intimate. The room where we got the ultrasound...was very comfortable. the couch (large couch, enough room for at least 4 plus people but no more than 6 (closely sitting). while for me, it was a tad uncomfortable because the couch was so soft...and my back has been hurting. It was an odd half laying/half sitting position i was in. Once I saw my baby's face...i could careless that i was a tad uncomfortable. but maybe ask for another pillow (or bring a pillow if you back is hurting as much as mine has). Baby didn't want to take many pictures because half the time her hand was in her face. we did get a lot of great photos tho. the tech does explain what is there...cuz it is hard to figure it out on your own. She even mentioned that baby had "wrinkles on her head" which means baby has some hair. :) I say, make up your mind if you don't mind spending the money...and do it! It was so fun to spend the afternoon with my husband, mom, grandma, and brother. Laughing and talking about how much baby looks just like daddy with their big noses! :) oh yah, the "baggie" you get is different than the ones in the picture. Same concept, only cuter! it's an actually a travel bag. it comes with a can of formula, an ice pack, and some "sensitive formula" that are in packages. Although I plan to breastfeed, I can still use this for either traveling with baby for feedings, or most likely use it for traveling and pumping. Big Plus! it's a cute blue bag. read more
