Good office experience. The staff were very kind and responsive. Just be polite and follow instructions and everything will be smooth.

Jennifer is super kind, friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable. When I had my newborn, I'd come to her weekly support group to get tips of latching, feeding, and all other baby related questions. You're able to do weighed feeds (weighing baby before and after breastfeeding) to see how much they took in. Jennifer also can help assess latch, and many moms book lactation consultant appointments with her to get 1:1 help. It was also really nice meeting new moms who had babies similar in age to mine. I was able to find my mom group through here, and now we meet up to do walks and park hangs. It's really nice that this group is offered to the community and I've found it extremely valuable for my mental health to be connected through this group. Thank you, Jennifer and PAMF for the mom's place group!

Why is it that his medical record has not been updated for more than a decade? Even in third world countries, the health care providers are the ones updating the patient records - no one expects the patients to maintain health records. I mean, sure if the patients transfers from another institution, but my dad has been with them for more than 10 years. This is ridiculous. I always have to add that the individual doctors are mostly fine, but the way they organize things is shameful for the Bay Area.

Everything was great with Hong until…read more On November 14th, 2017 I had an appointment in the pediatric department. Hong said she would do a quick visit to see the baby. Upon her arrival the visit turned into a full on patient visit in the lobby. I thought this is very unprofessional and against HIPAA. She was discussing patient information in front of everyone in the lobby. I was humiliated. I told her about my situation about breastfeeding. She continued to be forceful about it. Even went back to her office to make appointments for the consultation. I'm fully against the appointment. This morning the breastfeeding specialist called. I canceled the appointment I told her what went on at the pediatric appointment for my newborn son. The breastfeeding specialist was very understanding of my situation. Offered an appointment if I wanted to change my mind. She then continued to want a Tri City OBGYN to look at my stitches from my C-Section. Knowing you at Tri City doesn't do surgeries. My doctor Minevich is responsible for my surgery and stitches. He is the one that is only allowed to look after it. Not the Tri City OBGYN department. I will not allow you guys to look at it. You guys never done the surgery. So you are not allowed to look at it. If that's the case. If something goes wrong. I will file a malpractice suit against Tri City. She also wanted me to use birth control. After being pregnant and had a C-Section. I want my body to fully rest up. I do not want any chemicals inside of my body. You Tri City should never have people from the prenatal department to go into the pediatric department to do visits. If that's the case. The pediatric department should have a private room if you have the policy to allow such visit. If you don't have a private room. No one from the prenatal department should ever go to the pediatric department. To do this unprofessional visit. I've never ever had this happen to me ever as medical patient. You Tri City need to re-evaluate you're own policies. Treat patients with up most respect with bedside manners. Follow HIPAA it's the law.

The worse pain I have ever felt. The second day 8/12 I was waken by a doctor stating that the hospital is expensive and I have NO CHOICE BUT TO WALK ON TWO FRACTURED FIBULAS!!! Also she said if I'm just gonna lay around and watch TV that I could do that at home. WTH it's not like I wanted to be in this situation. Later that day the same DOCTOR TRIED TO FALSIFIED A DISCHARGE saying I agree to be discharged when I definitely did not. Instead of the discharge they ended up sending me to a rehabilitation center to help me walk. At the rehabilitation center I found that I not only fractured but also sprained my ankle. Now they only gave me boots and never put me in a cast. I was suppose to return to Washington as a follow up but I was REFUSED ME BECAUSE OF MY INSURANCE. After two weeks of learning to walk I saw a doctor at Highland Hospital. They saw that the fractures have gotten worse due to the fact that I was walking and they didn't understand why Washington didn't put me in casts to begin with. Also that the doctor DID NOT WANT TO WALK AT ALL. They did also make a point to say that Washington is know for just trying to get rid of patients. I'm beyond pissed off. I could be half way healed by now. All that was a waste of time. Can't believe I have to go so far for proper care. I mean isn't that they're job? I would have give a 2 star rating for the nurse because most of them were great. But I felt like a doctor LYING ON DOCUMENTS deserves one if not none stars

Updated on 8/12 & 10/27…read more Official Name: Fresh & Natural Hours: Mon-Fri 7 a.m.-7 p.m. Sat & Sun 9 a.m.-3 p.m. The cafeteria is closed on holidays. My wife and I ate here today for lunch, and I also ate here in 2009 (my wife had minor eye surgery, and they wouldn't let me help, and so I had some time to kill). It's very bright inside (where you pick up your food is dark, though), and you can tell that the cafeteria is new (an oversized article basically greets you when you walk in- a Kaiser Permanente hospital was around since 1995, but the Fremont Medical Center officially opened in 2002). The seating capacity is over 70 inside (the "bar areas" near the entrance seat 14), and over 20 outside (the tables outside have green umbrellas hanging over them). All the tables and chairs are nice, and there are at least 3 garbage bins inside. There are also 4 recycling bins (one of them is For Cans Only, and another is for Glass Bottles Only). Although it's spacious inside, it can be tricky to walk around when the cafeteria is busy. The condiment area is great. You can pick up napkins, salt and pepper packets, and ketchup and mustard. There's also a large salt and pepper shaker set. There's a small ATM on the far right (to the left of it is a vending machine). Note: All prices include tax. There's a decent selection of candy (candy bars are $1.09 each). There are also some pastries and bags of snacks (mainly nuts). There's a small fountain machine, and the coolers feature over 20 drinks to choose from. Cans (ex: Mountain Dew; Cherry Coke): $.98 Glass Bottles (I believe the only selection is Perrier water): $1.36. Bottled Water is also $1.36. 20 oz. Drinks (ex: Dr. Pepper; Fanta Orange): $1.58. Juices (ex: Apple): $1.96. vitaminwater (ex: orange-orange; fruit punch): $2.72 My Dr. Pepper could have been colder (my wife's bottle of Aquafina was fine). Bear Claw ($2.45): 7/10. Long and thick, but just average (my wife would give them a 6). Svenhard's Bear Claws are sold at most grocery stores, and are much better (I'm really referring to the packages of 8 Breakfast Claws). If you don't want a cold item (ex: a sandwich), you can have something from the Grill (there's a Breakfast and a Lunch menu). The cooks are friendly and helpful (I had 2 questions for the guy today- "Why was I born?"; "Why does my friend Cuc Crystal like me?"). I don't know if there are any more trays here (if so, they may only be available during lunch). Our main items were wrapped and placed in white paper bags. Sausage Breakfast Sandwich ($3.21): 9/10. You have your choice of meat. The sandwiches are medium-sized, and my wife was very pleased with hers. 5-Speed Burrito ($5.38): 8.25/10. The burritos are fairly big and juicy. They feature eggs, cheese, hash browns, ham, sausage, and bacon. The burritos are pretty filling, but they could be better. Hash browns dominated mine, and the pieces of bacon were too fatty. I also wish that there was more ham. I'm getting old. These days, I only have 2 speeds, slow and slower. The hot dogs are greasy, but good (they're $3.81, and I give them an 8/10). The same with the bacon cheeseburgers (they're over $5, but are somewhat filling- I also give them an 8/10). The fries here aren't bad, but they're not great either (I give them a 7.5/10). I want to try the Seasoned Curly Fries next time ($2.45- regular fries are closer to $2). The cashiers are friendly and on top of things (I didn't even have to tell the woman that I had a 5-Speed Burrito). They also move people along quickly when there's a line. There's only 1 register, though, and it's not hard for a line to develop. We didn't buy anything, but it was fun walking through the small Farmer's Market afterward (you can buy fruit, vegetables, bread items, plants, pastries, flowers, and hot items like hot dogs and tamales). The Market is around every Thursday from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. This is a good cafeteria. Some items are pricey, but it's worth going here overall.

Here is our experience: I brought my husband into the EMERGENCY ROOM very early on a Monday Morning. I knew there was a major problem and since I was an employee of that hospital I got him in quickly. At that time I knew who Dr Jain was, and his FABULOUS REPUTATION, and I was afraid that my husband had something wrong with his heart by the way he was acting so REQUESTED that he was the Doctor that we wanted to see, and Thank the Lord he responded. My husband had a major stroke. This WONDERFUL DOCTOR saved his life. He took care of everything that my husband needed (which was a lot, and many professionals). My husband was in the hospital for almost a month and then Dr Jain found the right facility to transfer him for rehabilitation. My husband had to learn how to walk, use his hand functions and actually think. He was in that Facility for another month. And I was the lucky lady that was able to bring my husband home to me and our family. Since then we are very honored to be able to have Dr Jain as my husbands Cardiologist. We see him every three months to keep my husband healthy. Dr Jain keeps his Arteries open and blood flowing and takes care of what's needed. We travel from IDAHO to Fremont to see Dr Jain because we feel he is the only Doctor for my husband. Dr Jain is the very best.
