Order #09569855 I received the very small box containing the stickers well after I left for our event early this morning at 8:00AM on 05/31/22. The shipping label states USPS Parcel Select otherwise known as USPS Retail Ground I weighed the box I received, enter both our zip codes and USPS created the shipping costs below: USPS Retail Ground (The method you shipped) $10.85 Priority Mail 3-Day $11.75 Priority Mail Express 1-Day $46.30 I ordered on 5/24/22 at 7:00AM Paid for one day processing and two day shipping. Both of these were additional costs. The two day shipping was $59.92 Ordered not shipped until 5/26/22 and this little box all 1# 10oz was shipped via the slowest USPS parcel select. Ensuring I wouldn't receive it on time and didn't receive until 5/31/22 some time in the afternoon after the event I ordered for. You will find the order I placed below showing I paid $59.92 for 2 Day shipping. This would have more than paid for Priority Mail Express 1-Day shipping at $46.30 and still giving your company a profit of $13.62 on the shipping alone. If this was done on Thursday by 8PM I would have received the box on Friday by 6PM If this was done on Friday by 8PM I would have received the box on Saturday by 6PM Not sure what happened? Please refund my entire order to my credit card. If you would like I will show you the unopened box and the labels I had to print myself yesterday so I would have them for this event. I couldn't be happier with the Vinyl Banners that were expertly printed on such a high quality of hemmed material with the grommets installed. I appreciated the ability to see the proof before it was sent. The file I sent for printing my logo was less then 30kb, so I didn't expect it to be that clear. As usual, 48hour print far exceeded my expectations. They recommended that I provide them with a stronger file, but allowed me to order it as is if I was satisfied with product. That's the professionalism that gives me confidence in their high quality assurance, providing a multiple-point review before they approve the order for printing. I have used this company twice in 1 month and I must say, I will continue using them. Once was for a print or 3,ooo flyers in full color gloss with custom art & two weeks later for 500 posters with the same custom art. Both turn out absolutely fantastic. I will suggest that you opt for the proof read on your final step. Even though I was extremely confident, it showed things I could not see on my own, along with blown out lines, hidden font issues and my bleed lines. Other reviews talk about print mishaps... opt for proof read. Just because it says 48 hour print, means 48 hrs after confirmed proof/submit, YOU MUST TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION of ship time. The quality of the product was pretty bad. I purchased before from them and I never had issues but when I sent pictures of the low quality of the last shipment their respond was that it wasn't a product issue and they didn't do anything about. All the floor stickers got ruined in less than a week and the money spent... went in the garbage. They decided AS A COURTESY to give me $50 credit for the next purchase when I've simply asked to help me with a low quality. If they were sending me new stickers actually costed less than the courtesy money they wanted to give me. I initially ordered 100 tags to ensure the quality was up to my standards. The image on a majority of the tags was off center. They sent me replacements and they looked good so I ordered 5000 more units of the same tag. The paper was thinner, the color was different, and the corners were barely rounded at all compared to my initial order. They are now re printing the 5000. I will not be using this company again. Poor quality control and a waste of my time and money. I'd suggest taking your business elsewhere. read more

Their real estate sign option stated as plastic resin that "resists the harshest weather conditions," is a cardboard material with a light plastic coating. It's not at all durable (easily bends and damages) and is see through, so in no way suitable for a real estate sign. It looks like the yard sign that you put on H-sticks. I ordered two and one came damaged. They offered to refund 1/3 the price for the damaged item and stand by their advertisement of a solid plastic resin sign. Do not use this company! read more

Our non-profit organization was hosting a canned food drive. We decided we would invest in a reusable banner. We purchased one and sent the image we designed to Gary. We are not graphic artists our image wasn't clear enough for what we purchased. We were informed that we needed to fix the image. Whaaat? We have no clue even with their assistance how to do this. I have an order in now and I can't get any answers on when shipment etc.. You can't speak to an American or anyone in management. You get the run around. FRAUD - Be aware. I ordered a 42inch by 72inch vinyl sign for $54 and received ONE 3.5 inch by 6.5 inch sticker. When I asked what happened I was told they followed my instructions and that is what ONE sticker costs. read more
