I sent in my order on 4/24 - it's been 16 days and they still have yet to ship the order. its a simple 15" x 18" vinyl sign - it has 1 word on it and then a company logo, address and phone number. it couldn't be more simple. they even promised finally Friday they would expedite it and it would ship Monday. its now Wednesday and nothing. they don't return emails, and don't call back. it is starting to look like this is a scam...I would not use this company if they were the last sign company on earth. read more

Absolutely terrible. I put in an order for bulk-mailed postcards on a Monday, timestamped at 11am. I missed an email from them on Wednesday timestamped 9:48am. I saw the next email, the following day. I called Friday morning (so I take blame for two days here). Turns out, they'd let the order through initially without the back printing option, and I was going to have to pay an additional fee. Oh, and the postcards were going to be pushed a whole WEEK, not two days, not three, SEVEN. Completely unacceptable, and wouldn't give my customers enough time to make decisions. I use 48 Hour Print for several of my printing needs for school. I have used their postcards and plastic business cards for years. Post cards are very sturdy and I appreciate the rounded edges. Business cards are perfect for our discount card fundraiser, sturdy enough to sell, but cheap enough to secure a good profit for us. You just cannot beat their price point and their quick turnaround. Recently, I had an issue with an order on my end that required a reprint. Even thought I was past the correction timeline, the customer service was great in helping me get the error corrected. very, very frustrated. Placed order for two retractable banners on a Friday in hopes to get them by Weds following week. (48 hours is a bold lie) they had an estimated date of Thursday.... which is the day I needed them. After calling them on Monday to get the items expedited and paid an extra $168.00 to ensure I would receive them on time... they are still telling me that I won't get them on time. Unacceptable. I tried to cancel my order but they insisted that they Would have my banner on 12/13/24 . They shipped it ground and tried to lie about then came clean after I told them I spoke to Fedex. They told me on Friday they talked to Fedex and I could pick it up in Erie PA . I moved my flight for the second time only to discover when I got there it was in Grove City Ohio and I still had no banner fo my sales presentation. They are all working from the Phillpines And have zero authority to make any decisions and to top it off charged me for the printing with no banner in hand for my meeting on Monday. Extremely dissapointed with the lack of care or respect for a customer of this company. Whatever they promise, you can't trust. Whatever they say, after they've placed you on hold, over and over again, you can't believe. You will have to waste more of your time, energy and patience trying to get product ordered and recieved correctly from the company with no remorse or sleepless nights on their part. For a big church event, for a small budget church, we trusted this company with making our main focal banners. They were ordered well in advance and took a week or more for shipping. When recieved, the Company had placed the 6inch pole pockets on the complete wrong sides of banners. Yes, we double checked and the order had been placed correctly. There was no way to hang them. There was no reason for us to have to figure a way to to rig them up to try and hang the very large banners when it was the companies fault. We called immediately, wasted about an hour of our time with them requesting a few details confirmed back with pictures and they would get it fixed. We submitted via email all items requested. Hours later, when no response had been given, we called back. After another hour on and off of hold, the conclusion was that a Manager was taking care of us. We were assured on a Tuesday that our banners were being reprinted correctly and would arrive by Saturday, in time for our event on Sunday of the same week. Several times we have checked the status of the order with no change. Saturday, we contacted the company to inquire when we should expect delivery as we are busy today getting ready for the event. After being on hold for a ridiculous amount of time we were told the banners have not even been printed yet. We waited even longer to speak with a manager. The customer service guy was of not help. He simply took down a number that was already on file and said he would have a manager call us back so that we don't waste more time trying to wait on hold. Later we did recieve a call that contradicted the first customer service as they stated the banners had been printed now and laid blame a courier. So which is it? It's definitely not our fault. We've expressed our feelings, we were given sore promises and assurances that we were cared about as customers. It's been far too many 48 hours with no respect for our situation to ever trust this company again, or advise anyone else to. We were told they just couldnt do the turn around time on a simple two banner print. Elementary school teaches that Tuesday - Saturday = 96 hours with grace. They cannot do what their namesake states and have no desire to make it right but a partial reimbursement with delivery after the event. read more

I was looking online for a sticker company that could deliver stickers in a short amount of time. I ordered from them on a Wednesday morning because the checkout page stated (delivery: 4 days) Once I purchased the stickers, I received the order tracking and then it showed that they would be delivered in 8 days. We were trying to print funeral programs in October of 2022. We paid for expedited printing and delivery. They did not arrive on time for the funeral which created undue stress at a time that should have been focused on mourning. After requesting a refund for a week, we were not offered any compensation other than 20% off any future printing order. We had to run all over town locally the day of the memorial to PRINT new programs at a very high price due to the NOW RUSH order status. I choose to use 48 hours printing because of their deceptive wording on website. I received proof and it looked good. Once I received the product it looked nothing like the proof and totally unacceptable. The cards are washed out looking and not readable. I contacted company to try and resolve problem. They told me that they would do nothing!!! I will not accept that answer. I'm working on contacting their board of directors looking for results. First time I used this company for a retractable banner. Printing quality was great. Delivery was on time. However, the handles on the banner case frayed and started to break after the first use. Customer service was responsive regarding this issue and the fact the the top of the banner started to come out of the top metal holder. Disappointed that they could not replace the case since it was after the 30 days. Keep this in mind when ordering products more than the 30 days within use. We had previously used PS Print however they had some shortage of materials needed to fabricate the stickers and didn't inform us of the delay until I called several weeks later wondering where the order was. We switched to 48 Hour print and our first experience was great. I love the custom artwork interface and the available premade backgrounds which you can add to your own artwork. We received the stickers relatively quickly and had no issues with the order itself. Will definitely be ordering again through them. read more
