Terrible and shady…read more This business has only been open for a few short months and I have nothing but bad things to say about them. Here is my story: I was so excited to see their work at our local county fair - what they had displayed looked good. I ordered something... the employee said I'd have it within two days... I gave them the benefit of the doubt that it wasn't going to get to us right away. About a week and a half went by... I called them for a friendly follow-up to see if they knew the status of my order... no answer... left a voicemail... no call back... I wait a few days - thinking they may be out of town or have hectic schedules... and then call again... no answer... left a voicemail... no call back... So, I decide to try another method of communication... email. I email them with just a friendly follow-up. No reply... I send them a private Facebook message... no reply... The next morning I see at the bottom of my message that the message was viewed at 9:09 p.m. But... no reply. So, I message them again on Facebook... stating that I saw that the message was viewed. Finally! They reply to my message stating that my ordered was missed. So, I then reply with "send me a refund." I provide my address and they state they will get it to me. It has been over two months since I first placed the order. Not only did I not receive my initial order but I have yet to receive my refund for the order that was not completed. I have reached out to them via phone messages, Facebook messages, Facebook comments (they've since blocked me from messaging and commenting), Twitter, email, and their Craigslist account. Needless to say, they are unprofessional and unreliable. I do not recommend using their services.

We have been using Safety Sign company for 15 years.The company sent us some wrong labels even…read morethough we only use their order # that we have used all along. We only have 4 labels we use on our equipment. One of the orders was for Eye protection and half the order they sent was for Ear protection. We didn't catch it for a few weeks until we got half way through the stack. Who checks every label in a stack? They all look the same except for one word and its 3 letters long. They (or He) refuse to exchange the incorrect ones for the correct ones. He was very condescending. He said they don't take returns after 5 days. Even if its their mistake. There are lots of other sign companies out there. Shop carefully with this company. We are moving on after 15 years. We can get them elsewhere. I have never written anyone a bad review. This is the first one I thought needed it.
