We ordered the pulled pork nachos and the hubs horseshoe, which is pulled pork on Texas toast with queso. Portions were great for the price and the pulled pork was phenomenal. Service was great and she was very kind! A bit slow but she was apologetic about that, and that's managements issue anyways. Overall I would totally recommend this place, it's a great spot after roadtripping and the food is amazing for the price (specifically their pulled pork). Like seriously get the pulled pork!!!!

I can assure you that this isn't a bar you would see in St. Louis, it's definitely styled and fitted for it's location. I stopped in to get some lunch and have a few drinks. It has a stage on one side, a bar in the middles and pool tables on the other side. It can't guess square footage, but its a nice size for it's location. We had the bacon burgers, which I have to say were excellent! This is the reason for the 4 star review. If you get a chance you have to try them. They are unlike any bacon burger I have had.

With that being said, the stuffed shrimp was AMAZING even though they were a bit crispy. Clam strips were way overdone but tasted like they may have been good if they were cooked right . Fish was good but not great. For me, I enjoy them tasing like they're fresh out the river. Although, the seasoning was good and it was cooked well. Hush puppies were still doughy in the middle. Gumbo though it was very good. My wife had the steak and said it was great. I felt like her shrimp also could've been cooked a little longer to get a better texture but they're were still tasty. Dipping cheese was and I could've drank the whole thing. Service was great and everyone was friendly. Staff seemed to know all the regulars and gave a good time with them. It was a refreshingly relaxed atmosphere. It's a place I could go have a couple beers with a buddy and play some pool. I will be back. Would've been a hard 4 star but the cook just wasn't on their game ‍ these days happen. All in all I do recommend this place.
