I'm about to leave on a long trip, tight on money. They initially said I could only get a replacement with a receipt. Calling back, they were good enough to reconsider. If you buy a part there, don't count on being able to return it unless you've stored the paper receipt or snapped a pic of it. My suggestion to Advance Auto Parts is to build goodwill by doing what your local pet groomer can do, namely, look up a purchase by card used. There were two employees, one, Kennan, was already outside diagnosing a customers headlight issue. The other, Nathan, assured us that they would get her car checked out, even if it was after closing. Every time we apologized to Nathan for keeping them late, and asking if we should skip it and just get a new battery in the morning, he assured us that it was not a problem, and that they want to make sure she had a reliable vehicle for the drive. When Kennan was free, just before closing, he happily took us out to check her car. Turned out the battery was fine, but the alternator was bad. He advised us that this could lead to the car dying while being driven, and gave us some suggestions of mechanics. He seemed very happy to help us, even after hours. He let us take pictures of the diagnostics. All in all, not only were Nathan and Kennan incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional, they also saved us from buying an unnecessary battery, and possibly from getting stranded roadside.

I absolutely loved my beautiful new car and happily drove it for eight months. I made exactly eight payments. Then, at the end of June (just two months ago) some jerk hit me and totaled my new car. Luckily, I was okay but my car definitely was not. After spending the last two months fighting with insurance companies, I was finally able to get my claim settled and purchase another new car. Of course, I went right back to Mohawk Honda and worked with the same salesman (Brian McKenna) and business manager. They were absolutely fantastic. They bent over backwards and did everything they could to get me as close as possible to the original deal I had on my other car and apply that to my replacement. They knew the accident wasn't my fault. I was the victim, the other driver was ticketed, and unfortunately they were underinsured and didn't have enough coverage to fully pay my claim. But that's another story. I truly cannot say enough good things about Mohawk Honda. I would go back there in a heartbeat for any vehicle -- new, used, or leased. They are genuinely one of a kind and will do everything they can to make your deal work and help get you into the vehicle you want. Stopped in the following day w/o appt. Met John C. assigned to us as Sales Assoc. John was super helpful is facilitating the process, with the intent to purchase/pick up car by EOBD. John introduced us to Justin, who was also helpful in explaining the terms and further explaining how the process will come to fruition throughout the day. There was open communication throughout the day via email/phone - nothing was stressful and no pressure at any time; anything I asked to be in writing was granted. We started at 9am and picked up the car at 6pm. Would definitely recommend MH to anyone looking to buy a Honda or check out their plethora of used cars.
