I am so glad I did. Russ, our service advisor, listened to our concerns, was extremely informative, and I could tell he really enjoyed his job. The best news was that our car didn't need anything other than what I expected. I've had past experiences where I thought a car repair shop might have beefed up the needed repairs to pad their income, but with Caldwell Chevrolet there were no shenanigans. Another rap that dealerships have is they are more expensive than an auto repair shop. I had a dollar figure in my head for the needed repairs and service. The end result was the costs for my repairs were a lot less than that, so don't hesitate to take your car to Caldwell Chevrolet for any needed service. You'll get great service at a great price.
