I spent $20 on an Uber to get there and back because there was no truck for me. After being told the truck would 100% be back at 315 for me to pick up i drove back over there to which the truck was still not back. I then tried to explain that uhaul has a $50 rebate if they fail to meet your needs, which i showed a screen shot to be told no we don't do that here. So i cancelled my reservation, wasn't given any other size truck to use and had to push our move in day. Overall bad customer service and wasted 2 trips of gas with no warning phone calls to tell me the truck wasn't there.

They asked for photos of the damage which I sent in but they refuse to send me the pictures they took so I could compare. Sent a generic form which only states the .60Lb and not the extra I paid for.
