We scheduled an appointment with the home warranty company and waited patiently for the service call from another contractor. It never came. Saturday morning came, and on the phone with warranty company and their contractor couldn't make it till Tuesday. Really? I called Choice Plumbing mid-Saturday morning and Nick answered the phone and the 2nd ring! He said they had a hot water heater in stock and could install today! After going several rounds with the warranty company we finally received out of network approval. Now it was 3pm on a Saturday and I was a little worried of going another night without hot water. I called Nick again and he said Alex would pick it up and be over to install it later today. Again, I was a little worried because it was already 3pm on a Saturday and figured they we only working 8-hours. Alex showed up later that evening, after hours, on a Saturday, and installed the 50 gallon hot water heater. By 9pm we were good to go, install complete and we had hot water! Professional, fast, courteous, and patient is what CHOICE PLUMBING is a lot about. I will never call another plumber. Thanks Alex and Nick! Much appreciated!

I saw on their webpage there was a webform to fill out. After filling it out it said they would be in contact in 48 hours. I then e-mailed the address on the site as a secondary contact. When I called the number said no one was available (it was early) so please e-mail. After a few more hours I called. It went straight to the message to e-mail, but I got a text saying sorry I am on the other line but I will call back or you can respond. I loved this feature so I responded with my needs asking for a call back. I never got the call back. Luckily I found another local plumber that came out and fixed our needs. I still have not received any follow up for them. I know my job was small, but I have a big job coming up in the future. Needless to say I will use the other company for that project.

(This company has three "not recommended" Yelp reviews; all three reviewers rated this company 5 stars.) When first contacting Greg, he couldn't fit me in that week due to his vacation, but he was kind enough to recommend another plumbing company. (I did use that company.) However, after another plumbing issue arose, I phoned AC Plumbing. Greg fit me in quickly, arrived on time, was extremely nice, knowledgeable, & he charged me less than what other plumbers would have charged. I've used him twice since. He diagnosed a leak that others missed, resealed the area between the stainless sink & the granite, & researched the best faucet for my needs. Greg recommended a commercial grade Delta faucet, explaining the difference between commercial grade & the faucets available in stores. He is such an honest, down to earth man-- yes, I am impressed. If you are in need of service in Dade City, Zephyrhills, Wesley Chapel, Lutz, or San Antonio, AC Plumbing is available. This is a two-man, family owned business that has been in operation MANY years. Hands down it beats the other plumbing companies on ALL fronts. I won't phone anyone else when I have a plumbing issue. When you hire AC Plumbing, you are getting old time, small town service that unfortunately is seldom present today.

My tenant in one of the units ended up begging the dry wall guy to come by and fix the wholes in her bathroom ceiling. In the other unit there is still a hole above the cabinet. After spending over a month now calling them two times a week, I give up. Never pay them until they are done with everything or you may end up in the same situation that I am in. The repipe cost $10,250. Apparently, I did not pay enough to get a complete job.

In Feb. 2010 we bought a new house and had to redo the pipes because they were polybutylene and no one but Citizens would insure us. Belzer Plumbing did a great job. They explained to me the costs and benefits of different materials, gave me a great price, and were able to complete the job the same week before we moved in! This year, we're switching insurance companies and had to show proof that the pipes were replaced. Instead of getting another expensive inspection, I simply called them up and Sara was able to e-mail me a confirmation letter on letterhead along with a copy of the invoice within a half an hour! She also said she remembered me and was able to find my file in about 30 seconds--which always helps. Hopefully I won't need a plumber any time soon but I'd definitely use them again.
